I have NEVER been disappointed with this place. The food is so fresh and delicious. My very favorite Thai restaurant. I could eat there several times a week!

Love this place as its my go-to Thai food favorite! Quick cooked to order and super fresh! Try the green curry — sweet spicy rich and perfectly delicious. I also really enjoy the basil black bean eggplant dish with tofu! The lunch specials are a really good deal too so you can try a lot of them and share with your friends!

Ordered from here last night for takeout with friends. I got pork with garlic sauce and it was kind of disappointing. The pork was not tender at all and there wasn’t much of a garlic taste except for the pile of(fried?) garlic slices they threw on top. The pork was coated in cilantro; had I known this would be the case I would’ve asked for no cilantro or for a different sauce if removing the cilantro wasn’t possible. The veggies that came with the dish(mostly broccoli) were good though! If you get any of their a la carte dishes like I did, make sure you order a side of rice separately if you want it. It doesn’t come with the meal. My friend ordered the green curry with chicken and she seemed to really enjoy that. I tried a bite and it was way too spicy for me. I would’ve given 3 stars for the food, but knocking off a star because they didn’t give us ANY utensils or paper napkins in the bag. We didn’t realize this until we got to my friend’s place and had to scramble looking for stuff since she was out of clean forks and paper towels.

Delicious Thai food at great prices. We love the yellow curry and to coconut soup.

Delicious! We ordered 3 dishes… The pork belly in red curry sauce, tom yung, and rice in curry I think.(forgot exactly) All of them were delicious and so inexpensive. Full of flavor! Ordered an additional two drinks and everything came out at around $ 40. The downside to this is that we forgot to ask to make it spicy. They have it defaulted on mild. Also, no desserts. :( The space is small, but it doesn’t get packed I’m guessing because people always get to-go. Will definitely come back for the other dishes.

I ordered yellow curry with tofu and white rice off of their lunch menu. I used Eat24 and my order was waiting for me when I got there. The portion was great for lunch time and when I first saw that my order was put in a rectangular take out box I was scared. Hoping they didn’t just dump my curry on top of the rice, i came to realize they put the curry in a separate container within the box. The curry was slightly sweet which I like and still had a tiny bit of spice even though I put non-spicy. Potatoes, carrots onion and tofu were plentiful! Will be ordering again

Craving something tasty but not wanting to drive to downtown decide to finally walk to this place, I pass by it regularly on my walks and runs, i was greeted as I entered and given time to scan through the menu board, the place is small but comfy and clean with a simple menu. I placed my take out order, waited for about 10 minutes, got my food and i wasn’t disappointed the food was tasty, the green papaya salad was delicious the pineapple fried rice was a bit salty but still enjoyable. Definitely going back and trying other stuff from menu.

More of a takeout place for run of the mill mainstream version of Thai food. 2.75 stars Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 2 Cost to worth it rating: 2($ 10 for plate of noodles) Return worthiness: probably not Highlights: — Pad kee mao: ok version of this spicy thick noodle dish, but a bit greasy and could’ve had more flavor. 3 stars — Lunch special options that include rice and are small size and cheaper Lowlights: — Prik king: too saucy and oily. Usually the beans are coated in a bit of the red but this was a goopy sauce that left a puddle of red oil on the bottom. Beans were cooked fine. 2 stars — Very plain with no décor inside and only a few tables inside and 2 small 2 top circle ones outside on the street — No bathroom: I always have a lot of water with my meal so this was an incovenience Nice to try a new place but you can find better in the greater bay area.

Given the price point I am not expecting amazing customer service. However, there is lack of common sense here. When I ordered through eat24 I received the email confirmation my order went through. 30 minutes later, I arrive and nothing is ready because they have not gotten my order yet in the system. Well, despite showing them the email confirmation, the lady flat out refuses to make the food. After 10 minutes of going back and forth and trying to reach eat24’s customer service, I opted to just pay again directly to the restaurant and figure out how to cancel the eat24 order later. Honestly, she could have had the cook start the order and request that I pay directly if the eat24 order didn’t come through by the time the food is ready.

Came here for dinner with a couple of friends. A small place but luckily we got a table. The service was slow since there’s probably just a couple working in the back. We each got a noodle dish and it took awhile for it to come out. But once we ate it, we didn’t complain since it was delicious. I would probably just pick it up next time if I’m ever craving Thai food.

I’ve never been to Thailand, but I imagine that this is what legit Thai food tastes like. It is a small shop that is run by a few so the food is a little slow to come out, but when it does finally come out: YUM! There is plenty of room for customization of dishes and there are solid options for thai dishes. Flavors are great and the portion sizes are not small. There is NO public bathroom and if you decide to eat in, you may not get a table(as there are only 5). I’m definitely coming back to this place(or via doordash or eat24).

I don’t know why I missed the«hole in the wall» part of everyone’s review. I picked up my mom from the airport and wanted to have some great Thai food and found this place. We passed on a few nice places due to the higher rating of Thaiger. When we got there, I was surprised to see that really it’s a take out place with a couple of tables inside and outside. It was tiny! Anyway, I thought well, hopefully the food would be good. We each ordered one of their lunch specials and the curry samosa app. The woman at the counter seemed bored, and did not seem to really care that we were there. Despite the finding the place empty and arriving there for a later lunch, our food took forever and the entrée was served first. I walked up to the counter to inquire about the app and she told me that it’s still being cooked and gave me a look like, «I know, it’s not cooked yet.» So we ate our meals and for dessert, they served us or savory app(which was actually really good). My mom’s curry was delicious but my pork dish was just ok. I really want to like this place. If the service and food lived up to the rave reviews, I would have even enjoyed the tiny size of the restaurant. But sadly, they didn’t. If you find yourself here: Order curry, Order To Go, and eat happily with people who appreciate having you around.

Thaiger is amazing! Its a hole in the wall establishment, but the food will wow you. I ordered the green curry, pad see ew and the eggrolls. All three things exceeded my expectations. I went in with hesitation, but I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Thai food. Highly recommended. My family and I went here. My twin boys got the pad Thai. I like that it was just the right amount of sweetness. Many places make it too sweet. The shrimp were large and good number of them. My wife and I got the pumpkin curry and the basil and chilli chicken. The flavor on both of these dishes were rich and balanced. There was the bold curry flavor on the pumpkin curry. It was very thick. You could tell they use very good ingredients. The basil chili was just as bold. I can’t wait to go back.

This is a take out joint with an option to dine in if you don’t mind the ambiance of a storage room. The bf and I needed a quick bite. The good food was more important than atmosphere. Thaiger Thai served its purpose. The friendly lady behind the counter took our orders of papaya salad and beef salad. We both enjoyed each others’ salads. The juicy morsels of beef were tender and tasty with the lightly sautéed onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and cucumber over cabbage. My papaya salad had a conglomeration of freshness too with raw string beans, cabbage and more. I haven’t had their rice, noodle or soup dishes, but I’d be willing to believe it’s great by the constant ringing of the phone and revolving door of take out customers! I would definitely return for some take out!

Surprisingly good! Like, really surprising. This place is totally unassuming and I’d never heard of it until a few days ago, but I went and ordered Pad See Ew(with tofu, no egg), yellow curry with tofu, and pineapple fried rice with tofu. Plus their sweet sticky rice. Oh my gosh, it was really freakin’ good. I just didn’t expect it! The sweet sticky rice was perfect; sometimes I don’t want the mango, but just the rice bit. For $ 3, totally worth it. I will absolutely be returning in the future! The portions are really big, so you’ll have leftovers. Street parking was easy, but I would call in your order. I ordered there and it took 35 minutes. No big deal, because everything tasted really fresh and excellently spiced.

I ordered food online for pick-up on a Friday night. Our food was ready to go on time. This place has the best Massaman Curry I have ever had(so far). I got it with the tofu and a cup of brown rice. Perfection! My partner ordered the Pad Ke Mao with Tofu and we shared a order of the Thai Samosas. The sauce that comes with this appetizer is delicious! We definitely enjoyed our food here. Worth checking out.

Great curry dishes. Nice and spicy food(if you cannot handle spice, order the mild). The Thai Tea was well made, not too sweet, not too bitter. Food came out fast and hot. Well cooked. They don’t have firm tofu, but both their tofu and chicken were well cooked. Very small place(3 tables), but nice and cozy place for a family dinner.

This has become my go-to Thai place. They make a wonderful Panang chicken curry lunch special. I really like the carrots and the green beans that they put into the Panang curry. It’s around $ 10 plus tax which is a little pricier than their other lunch specials. I’m not sure why, but I don’t care, because it’s so good! The lady that runs the register is very nice as well. I seriously landed at SFO the other day and on the runway called this place and placed an order for lunch! And then had my cabdriver stop at this Thai place so I could pick it up. And the cabdriver even got out to look at their menu. I guess he figured it was pretty good if somebody wanted to stop there first thing from the airport.

I was in the area, craving Thai food, and looking for a casual place to eat. Unilocal brought up Thaiger Thai Kitchen. The restaurant has very limited seating so if no seats are available, it is best for take-out. Service was courteous but prices a bit steep, at least for me. I shared: –Thai samosa($ 4.95): Potatoes, carrots and spices in a thick empanada-like wrapper. Served with chili sauce. Starchy and simple bit flavorful. –Pad kee mow with chicken($ 8.95): I didn’t really like this version. The addition of cabbage was different and it wasn’t as saucy as I prefer. –Fried tilapia with chili sauce($ 12.95): Delicious, spicy chili sauce with lots of garlic. I thought the fish was a tad overdone.
