The first care giver we had from Senior Helpers was great, but she had to leave unexpected. After our first care giver everything went down hill. The seconded care giver that couldn’t write English or understand the prescription that my Mom was taking. They pull the care giver out of the house and didn’t give us a proper replacement (actually we had to find a new company). We got 24hour notice they were pulling the care giver that was caring for my Mom. They don’t have the staff for 24 hour care.
I would look at a different company for the senior care you might need.
