San Mateo Dialysis Center

Never dreamed I would enter this buiding after passing by for so many years but then it’s life.
Mom has started her dialysis here and it’s a new life for all of us. Allen, Vanessa and Jerry have been very helpful with insurance and getting us started. The RN handling mom, Roger, is a sweetheart who is patient and gives her great care. Louise is also very nice and helpful. Another girl, I’ll need to get her name, is very hard working and friendly. Actually, most of eveyrone we’ve come across are a delight. Cathy, the dietician and Victoria, the social worker were also very helpful.
The facility is clean. The lobby has a bookcase full of novels for your reading pleasure. On my first visit, I found a couple Nora Roberts books. I’ll be doing book swap with them in months/​years to come.

Both my kidneys work fine, but sometimes I stop in and have some dialysis just to make sure I’m extra clean. I KID! Seriously, it’s usually pretty busy, so it must be a good dialysis center, right?
