Went in to for a high-​rise baiting suit for my Cabo trip coming up for spring break and Sheena and her co-​worker was excellent and helped me out. I will definitely be back soon thanks to them…

I have to say that the managers at this location made my Xmas shopping easier than I expected. I’m lazy and I don’t like to go into details but believe me, I’m very VERY satisfied with their help. Such a great team.

The San Mateo PACSUN in Hillsdale is a good store for young adults. The managers, Ryan & Jazele, are very helpful!!! I walked in there to buy one thing and came out with many stuff that they recommended and the price was reasonable and good discounts! I would definitely come back again!!!

This PacSun gives worst attitude ever! I have been to this PacSun three times within the year & every single time I go, the guy Brenden is always working. Every time I come & walk in, the guy Brenden always makes me feel like I’m obligated to buy a full priced item before looking for an item that’s on sale. It is incredibly rude & when I’m shopping at the back trying to look for some jeans in the sale section since the ones I usually buy went on sale, he tries to pressure me to check out the stuff in the front by saying «the front has better stuff up there, and they’re more up to date» and gives me a disgusting look. I also hate it when I’m trying something on in the fitting room & he constantly comes back to say «are you still trying the stuff on?», dude, it’s not like I’m stealing the stuff I’m trying on, you even see me give my purse & all my bags to my boyfriend. This is ridiculous & Brenden is just horrible. If you don’t want anyone to look at the sale section, just take off all the signs advertising the amazing sales you have outside the store!
