Hot Topic usually carries exclusive items that I like to buy or collect. They also have a great selection of T-​shirts and there happens to be always a sale of some sort.
I like to give an extra shout for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by Amber and Evie. These ladies helped me out as I was looking for a few specific items and made sure I got everything I needed.

One of my favorite Hot Topic locations on the peninsula! I had a very fun experience with Kelly, she was very friendly, welcoming, and fun to talk to and help me make some selections. This location definitely has a lot more to choose from. Thanks again Kelly!

As mentioned by another reviewer, Hot Topic has some great sales!
For some reason, no matter how much the retail price, once it goes on sale chances are it will be $ 4.99 to $ 14.99.
I like the humor in most items carried by the store. They have great (funny) tshirts, hoodies, stickers, etc. How can I not love a place that first stocked Happy Bunny (at least to my knowledge), Junkfood tees, and pimp hats.

husband and i like going to hot topic to look at their selection of little apple dolls and other misc. toys and stuff. we found some cool magnets for our fridge of these ‘skelanimals’ cute cute…
90% of what they carry is crap though…
and we feel much out of place entering these stores… hehe
