A horrible cut for my son since they Do Not keep accurate notes from prior cuts and requests. Go here if you want someone who can’t understand English, gives a 5 minute cut which creates hours worth of grief for your child. There was an adult there too today who had to bring a photo of himself on what he wanted since his cut last time was inappropriate for business. Not worth the risk!

I just had the worst experience ever here! Rosario Cruz is the rudest person I have ever met, she would not even fully dry my hair. She didnt not listen to what i wanted as a haircut and thought it was a joke. I am not happy about my haircut. Everyone else was really nice though. Something needs to be done about this. This is not right. She should be fired. She had the worst attitude.

Can I give zero stars? My husband has been coming here for three years with mixed results, with a few bad haircuts(too short, a little uneven). The service isn’t great but he’s ok with that since he didn’t want to pay too much for a haircut. BUT this last time… He came home with a lumpy haircut. There are tufts sticking out randomly on top and one side of the back is clearly longer than the other. When I asked him what happened he said the person cutting his hair was extra rude this time and just cut away without heeding his requests and protests. In fact, he tried to tell the person it was too short and she acted like he was such a jerk. I’m finding him a new barber or getting my own clippers and doing it myself.

Tonight was my first time at this location and I had a horrible experience. The lady that did my hair has zero attention to detail and did not care about my requests either. I’m a guy so my hair is pretty simple … a 6 at the top, 3 on the sides. But by the end of the day, my sides were completely lopsided/uneven and my sideburns were even worse! My left sideburn was trimmed to be right at eye level, but my right sideburn was trimmed to be about a full centimeter below eye level. How does she not see this??? She was also really awkward in the way she used her hands to adjust my head position so that she could get a better angle. Specifically, she seemed to use a lot more pressure/force than usual and it just seemed like she was way too rough. She was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never go to this location ever again.

My son and I come here often for cuts. As usual the girls were very friendly and thanked me for coming in before my haircut. I highly recommend this place as long as the same employees are working there.

I get a fairly simple haircut — 3 on top and 1 on the sides, faded. I thought this place would be a safe bet for a simple haircut, but I should have just gone to a real barber. The end result was two completely uneven faded sides and patches of uneven hair all over my head. Stay away.

Maria took very good care of my mother for several years. She was patient and respectful and helpful. She is a very kind person, who also gives a very good hair cut.

I was nervous about going to great clips for a women’s haircut and blow dry. But from the minute I told Lindsey what I was looking for, I knew I was going to be walking away with a smile on my face. She was great! Did exactly what I was looking for and checked with me with any recommendations she had. Totally satisfied! And with least time spent! I will be back for Linsey.

You get what you pay for. This place gets you in and out for a decent price. I usually come here for my son or husband’s haircut and they do a stellar job sometimes, other times it’s so so. Depends on who you get cutting your hair. Overall I like the place.

This place is GREAT! I have been coming here every month for several years now. I trust them completely with my hair, from everyday cuts to my wedding day cut, and everything in between. I’ve never had to take advantage of their Satisfaction Guarantee, because I’ve always been satisfied the first time. Whether I’m in an Armani suit or a t-shirt, I always feel great in my hair. I never make an appointment. Their hours of operation are very generous, and no matter when I go, it’s usually no more than a few minutes of waiting. 10 – 15 minutes later, I walk out with a great cut and the confidence that goes with it. I almost always tip $ 6-$ 7 on a $ 16 haircut, and I still feel like I’m getting a great value for my money. Caveat: I’m an Asian guy with a simple haircut(see my profile picture). My haircut is a 1 ½ clipper straight up all the way around, no line around the edges, and half an inch off the top. If you need something more complex(coloring, layering, mohawk, etc.), then your experience may differ.

Only one or two of the stylists do what you ask. Online check in doesn’t seem to count, you still wait in line with everyone else.

Clean and quick spot to get a trim. I didn’t realize that this was a franchise operation, but unlike SuperCuts I think it’s owned and operated by people who would otherwise open an unpolished barber shop on their own. Take the expertise that you would come to expect from a locally-operated and owner barber shop and add the Marketing and Operating know-how of Great Clips and you get this shop. Deserves 3.5 stars but I would still say that the cuts are a bit on the pricier side. Clearly to pay for the franchise fees… but hey at least you’re getting a trim from trained professionals rather than someone who just barely came out of cosmotology(sp?) school.

We were taking our son here, but they just can’t follow simple instructions. My husband told them to take off 1 inch off my son’s bangs, and they completely cut 2 inches… and the bangs are not even at all. My son likes his bangs sort of long. HORRIBLE. Won’t come back to this place.

I made the mistake of getting my hair cut on Victor’s day off. I went in with a bob and requested that 1 inch be trimmed off. I ended up with a poorly done version of a Princess Di cut. It looks like my hair was cut with a chainsaw. It is uneven. One side is about 2 inches long. The other is 3 inches long. There’s a bit on the top of my head toward one side that is about 2 inches long.(I was going for a bob, remember?) Very sad. I should have waited for a day when Victor was available. I’ll be looking for someone to fix this first thing in the morning. I fear that the only fix will be a pixie cut.

I live in the area and have simple needs for my haircuts. Most of the time, this place gives me exactly what I want in a haircut. Sometimes they just flat-out suck and screw up my very basic haircut. The good stylists are the women and one guy named Victor. The other male stylists are just horrible with a look of fear and green-ness like they just graduated barber’s school. I always know it is about to go wrong when they pull out the thinning shears. There is never-ever a need to use thinning shears on a man’s head. Maybe, if I were in an 80’s big hair rock band… but that’s the only time I could see a use for them on a man. The electric clippers and a pair of scissors with the skill of the stylist is all that’s needed. I recommend waiting for one of the female stylists or Victor. You won’t see a pair of thinning shears anywhere on their work areas and your hair will thank you later.
