They take your money, and do not deliver. Their quality is crap. They lie to you about the cabinets, do not deliver complete cabinets and want to charge you for all of them. Then they take half money before ordering, and then tell you it will be 8 – 12 weeks instead of 3 weeks that they quoted. Wont give you back the money when you cancel and are extremely rude. Never do business with them. They are total liars. Do not be fooled by them. We lost $ 22 750 on them, and have gotten nothing back in return. I just remodeled my kitchen, and couldn’t be happier with the quality of cabinets I received through Focal Point! More importantly, I was delighted with the customer service I received from Megan! She is a sweetheart. She always wanted to please, and was great at offering professional suggestions. There wasn’t a time I walked into Focal Point, that I didn’t feel welcome, and was not given ample one on one time. Megan did an exceptional job! I highly recommend Focal Point! The end results show for themselves and working with Megan was the icing on the cake! Don’t hesitate, this is the place to go for your cabinet needs and then some!!!

I recently ordered laundry, bath and master bedroom cabinets from Focal Point Kitchens, working with Megan for the design choices. This shop is great. Megan visited my house several times to discuss cabinet design and materials. She kept me informed as she put together the layout. We selected a beautiful forest green stain with a brown glaze for the laundry/​bath. This was a difficult color to get right and Megan was on top of her supplier to make sure the finished cabinets looked like the sample we selected. She provided beautiful counter tops for our rooms as well. Megan was always available and responded almost immediately to my emails and phone calls. The finished cabinets really make the rooms incredible looking. I would work with Focal Point and Megan again, and strongly recommend Focal Point to anyone who is looking for quality semi-​custom cabinets and distinctive counter tops. Thanks Megan!

As a small independent contractor focusing mainly on remodeling, I like to support other small businesses such as my own as much as possible and Focal Point Kitchens reach that need.
Megan and the rest of the crew in the shop are great whether dealing with me or when I send my clients for a consultation… and Megan knows I am picky!

A friend of mine recommended Focal Point to me when I was nearing a decision on my cabinets. Other modular cabinetry shops had quoted me $ 25−28k for my very basic kitchen and I was at a loss what to do. My friend had used Focal Point’s more expensive line and had worked with the owner, who at that time was Megan’s mother. My friend mentioned that Megan was now running the business as her mother had sadly passed away. She also mentioned that Megan was selling a more budget line as well now, so I met with her. I will keep it brief to say that Megan is fantastic. I came with my kitchen mostly designed but she suggested numerous enhancements and changes that were a huge bonus. She returned calls immediately and was on top of everything. Of course with any modular line of cabinetry there are some bumps in the road but at every turn Megan rectified issues quickly and painlessly. She even made a visit to my home with her rep when we had a small issue with two drawers and even the rep was fantastic. A new drawer was shipped right away and the rep was able to install it herself. Both bent over backwards and Megan is all about customer service. I so enjoyed working with her and my other interactions with her staff were great as well. I would highly recommend her… she is knowledgeable, thoughtful and most of all, a lot of fun to work with! She’s got my thumbs up. Bummer the other reviewer is so angry. Remodeling is stressful and I must admit out of my whole remodel, the kitchen was the toughest part. Megan made it run smooth. I met with a lot of cabinet people before I chose Focal Point and didn’t get a good vibe from any aside from Megan.

I absolutely love my kitchen and bathroom that Liza of Focal Point Kitchens designed for me during my whole house remodel. During our first meeting, I felt that I had known Liza for many years and she was able to see exactly what my style was. Liza said she would «hold my hand» during the entire remodeling process as I had never done anthing like this before. And this is exactly what this wonderful woman did. She is a very talented designer and a terrific business woman who provides unparalled service. You can feel that she truly cares about her clients and wants them to be happy.
I cannot recommend Liza and Focal Point Kitchens highly enough and would absolutely go to her and her only if I need something else in the future.
