First time shopping here with a friend. We were the only costumers in the entire store. Carmen, the lone sales associate apparently hates her job. No customer skills whatsoever. I hate giving bad reviews but come on. Good product, awful service

I was helped by a very friendly and knowledgable staff member named Diana, who was super informative and helpful with all of my MANY questions!
Left very satisfied the store had oodles of goodies!

This Cosmoprof doesn’t carry much. Store is kinda messy. Staff are friendly, but are unhelpful for recommendations.

This cosmoprof is terrible and the workers don’t have a clue what they are doing except Erica. Their customer service sucks and they shouldn’t even be working at this store if they don’t know shit about hair. Their attitude is horrible. Colma location is waaaaay better.

Since Erica has become manager of the San Mateo location customer service has been amazing. she is so helpful and knowledgeable about all the product lines. Our salon does work with reps for certain companies but if we need last minute items I know we can always count on them for our needs. Also a plus, the store is always clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

Of all the cosmoprofs I have been to, customer service here is the worst. Clerk has limited knowledge she will just b.s. you, and she can talk you out of buying anything just says «you don’t really want it»… Umm I don’t want it but I sure do NEED it.
