5 stars! Amazing service so kind. Rolls were good. My girlfriend and I checked in to receive the free soup and they brought us two free of charge. Is the little things and these people are great at them!

Love to eat here! Very friendly staff and pretty good prices! The summer rolls are the dish to try! The only reason for the 1 star off is because sometimes it does take awhile to come out, but honestly it is worth the wait.

Extra piggy tonight – THREE hand rolls (sake/​avocado, unagi, added spicy scallop when I was queried about dessert) and two glasses of Pinot Grigio plus the free bowl of egg drop soup with check in: just under $ 28 before tip.
New (to me) waitress, short blonde hair and lots of smiles, checked on every single thing delivered to the table. Another familiar waitress helped out as more tables arrived. Felt very cared for this trip and leaving very full and happy.

I ordered the vegetarian sushi and it was very good and filling. Had the spring egg rolls as an appetizer but very small and not much in them. Green tea ice cream was ok not very flavorful but will definitely be back for the sushi

Ordered 12 pieces of sashimi; received 9 discolored pieces for $ 20. After I called, they offered $ 10 on my next purchase off my next purchase only and could not help me at the moment. Just reporting my experience, and their subtle customer service saved them from 1 star.

Really??? People give this place high reviews? Y’all must not get out too much… Ordered two Rainbow rolls which comes with 4 different types of fish and they were prepared using only two. They said they ran out… and the fish was very smelly not in a good way. I would prefer HEB sushi over this… Thats not saying much

I really enjoy dining in here. My family has different preferences within the asian style cuisine which means there’s something for everyone. I like to try new sushi options but the bigger named restaurants are very highly priced. Wok & Roll has great prices.
I love sushi and spicy style entrées, they prefer the straight forward beef or chicken entrées with fried rice and a lot less spice.
The restaurant is cozy, the fish tank in the front doesn’t put off any smells which is great. The prices are very fair given the San Marcos demographic.
I usually drop by for dinner and I would really like to try the lunch options so I can sit at the Sushi bar.
I’ll be back again, hopefully soon.

Atmosphere matters. There are chochskees everywhere. Stuff is stored in plain sight. Décor is a hodge podge of Asian inspired items.
I find it annoying when I’m not greeted upon entering a restaurant. Is it an Austin thing? In Houston, we’re saying hello before you get through the door good.
Food was ok but certainly not five star worthy in my opinion. We had the chicken and broccoli, sushi rolls, and hot sour soup. The soup was not good. Everything else was just ok.

Delivery is very quick and the food is really good. I love that you can create your own sushi roll. The rolls are a pretty good size.

We ordered delivery. I love that you can order off their website, it’s so convenient. Delivery was fast. Like others have said, best egg rolls hands down. My husband got the orange chicken and devoured it. I got the sweet and sour chicken. Nothing special, tasted the same as other chinese places. However, it was a little too breaded (if that makes since) and too little chicken inside that breading.
We would order from there again. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it is great when your craving take out.

Definitely tasty food! They would have gotten four stars but our crab rangoons were stale :/​. Definitely recommend this place as a top option for Asian food in San Marcos. I had the mandarin chicken with fried rice and my date had the general tso’s with fried rice. We each got hot and sour soup and crab rangoons.
We will definitely return! We just may not get rangoons :)

Went in tonight for dinner. We were seated promptly and brought drinks. It was about 10mins before they came back to take our order. Our drinks were warm and we sat there over an hour waiting for two entrees that never came while other customers came in after us, were served their whole meals, paid and left. We asked multiple times how much longer it would be and the servers kept giving us bewildered looks and said they didn’t know. There were maybe 4 other tables at this time of night. Finally they brought out two eggrolls that were almost completely burnt black. Another 20mins of waiting and asking how much longer and nothing. We finally told them we were leaving and instead of apologizing or offering to comp the warm drinks or anything at all they simply said okay like this wasn’t anything weird at all.
Awful service, i’ll never be back.

For being in the middle of TX, the sushi wasn’t bad… Not many options for sushi in the area, so this was the best to eat. What made me happiest about their food was that they had mochi! They had mango flavor and my favorite red bean flavor!

Best egg rolls in town!!! Always fresh, crunchy and delicious!
My favorite is the spicy peanut chicken fried rice. You can have it made as spicy as you want and the flavors are fantastic!
I always come here when I’m craving Asian food.

I eat here multiple times every month! Their sushi is phenomenal, as well as every appetizer & entrée I have tried! (Most of them) «Dancing shrimp» is my personal favorite appetizer & the «shaggy dog roll» with «eel sauce,» is my favorite roll.
Above all, the owners and staff are extremely attentive to their patrons.
Highly Recommended!

I’ve been to Wok and Roll many times and it is a really nice lunch/​dinner place.
Ambiance and Service: The restaurant is super cute! They could use some renovations. The last time I went it was pretty rainy and I didn’t like that there wan’t much lighting but that’s just me being picky! The service is always okay when I go. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad.
Food: I love their fried rice! I usually order the chicken fried rice, it’s amazing. I also enjoy their sushi! I’m not really experienced in sushi but the Philadelphia roll is great! They have amazing lunch specials also! I think the thing I like the most about Wok and Roll is the fact that they deliver, so if you’re not wanting to leave the house, Wok and Roll is a phone call away.
I really like Wok and Roll! I definitely recommend it!

Love this place! This is my «go to» restaurant. Whenever I’m indecisive about what to eat, Wok & Roll is always a satisfactory choice!
The prices are very reasonable, especially for a college town. They have a variety of Chinese food, and their sushi is actually really good too.
I always have good service here and I’ve never had, or heard problems regarding delivery.
Wok & Roll has great lunch specials, and I constantly find myself recommending this place to friends.
You can’t go wrong eating here, so check it out soon!

Yum and inexpensive… everything you could ask for! It did not get 5 stars because it didn’t have very good spring rolls. I had California rolls and shrimp tempura rolls and they were delish!!!
