I went to RBFCU Thorpe lane location. I’ve gone there plenty of times and never had an issue getting a temporary checks. COLLEEN from this location was very rude and gave me the worst experience ever. I had to drive across town and get one from wonder world drive. They assisted me with such kindness I didn’t receive from COLLEEN ON THORPE LANE. I’ve seen her on different occasions always rude to her customers and apparently her manager says I am the first complaint she’s had which makes me very surprised. I will NO LONGER be coming to this location and advised my family and they will no longer be using this location at all.

Pretty cool branch in San Marcos, although, the New Braunfels branch has more meeting rooms and computer facilities. The staff is always friendly, and like the other branches, there is an armed guard at the door. Lines can be long at lunch time, so time your trips smartly. Verses BOA, again Randolph Brooks needs to get ATM’s that take deposits.
