The food is good. BUT, we walked in at 840pm. A FULL one hour and fifteen minutes before they close. They had closed the bathrooms. When we asked what was wrong with them, they said nothing. They clearly wanted to close up early. They took the bag out of the trash can and covered the hole with a tissue so you couldn’t throw trash away. They asked if we wanted a bag two separate time in order to take the sandwiches to go. They made every effort to make us feel unwelcome including looking at my whole family and shaking their heads and rolling their eyes. Then they proceeded to tell us that if we needed to use the bathroom, we could go next door to marble slab. I have never felt more unwelcome in a place where I voluntarily exchanged my money for goods. We were making a four hour trip home after seeing my grandmother in the hospital following a massive and debilitating stroke. I would have said something, but I don’t think it would have made a difference. Hope they have a great time getting trashed with their college friends tonight after treating us like shit.

I love jimmy johns! However, my most recent visit, I was disappointed to see that my cashier at the drive thru handled my money with gloves on, and failed to change his gloves before he continued slicing meat. I’m in the food industry as well, and I know this is a major food violation. Y’all can do better than this! I have full faith!

While the food/subs are really good, try to eat while having to listen to grunge punk music at 80db just ruins the eating experience. Couldn’t wait to get out of there and I probably won’t be back.
