Payless ShoeSource

I never shop here, although my mom suggested to take me because I was just looking for a simple black flat.
Immediately I saw lots of cute shoes, when one size was to big I asked a worker for a smaller size in that pair of shoes. She found it right away, she knew where every shoe was. She was extremely helpful with all my questions and helping me find the perfect size.
I left with a black flat and a couple other pairs too. They had a great selection, plus the prices were great! The store was very clean and the shelves were fully stocked. They had tons of leggings that were very well made for a great price. I couldn’t pass those up! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great store

Employees are always super nice and very helpful. My wife gets all of her work shoes here and I take advantage of BOGOs to get shoes for myself!

I was looking for some dress shooes since the ones I had were worn down. I has been about 5+ years since I bought shoes from payless so I figure it was time. I stopped by to see what they had and there was a pair that I liked. Since Walmart was near by, I went over to see what they had. To make a long story short, since it was Sunday I forgot hat they close at 6 pm, I got there at 5:53 pm and I was told that the store was close and I was not allowed to go in. Now, I knew what shoes I was going to get and I would have been in and out in about 3 minutes. The employee’s name that told me the store was close is Megan. I worked in sales for about 10 years. We were always told that never to say that. We were told to say the store will be closing soon and never turn away a customer. I DON’T THINK I WILL EVER STOPPED BY AGAIN!!!

I like payless a lot. I went in looking for snow boots (yeah, stop laughing) and while they didn’t have any, the employee was super nice.
They had a decent selection at good prices. I’ll be back!

I very rarely buy anything from this store. But today i came in and noticed some selection, not bad. Must have just got a new shipment in or something.
I think the register training for employees should be extended alil lol. The female behind the counter didnt know what to do when my card didnt work in the credit card machine. Haha
