My family and I went on a whim to this little food truck area in San Marcos. Immediately my daughter and son spotted Oh My Pizza Pie. They ordered the pepperoni pizza and root beer. They really enjoyed it, especially my son, who is a very picky eater. The man behind the counter was very polite and handled our order quickly.

Once again, the farmer’s market special was amazing. Broccoli, pickled red onions, and gorgonzola. Wanted to eat it immediately, but to avoid 3rd degree burns and let the wonderfully melted toppings cool to the point they wouldn’t all slide off the crust I ran an errand first and ate it at home.

*Love* the combinations this guy comes up with. Why have same-​ol same-​ol when you can have something scrumptious?

Maybe the pizza is good, but I am reviewing my own personal experience.
Their food truck was at the Real Ale Anniversary Party this Saturday (4⁄11), so I stood in line for 1 hour waiting for food. This really cut-​into my beer-​drinking time so when it was finally my turn to order I was pissed off to hear that they only took cash. Seriously? Every other food truck in attendance took credit cards and had stickers indicating cash/​credit payment options. What an amateur business move.
I offered all my $ 7 in cash for the $ 9 – 10 pepperoni pizza but was turned away. I would have given you guys another few stars if you would have taken my offer.

Food: the pizza came out quickly and was crunchy. The topping tasted fresh, I especially liked the mozzarella! The dough was good and definitely tasted fresh. The sauce was not my favorite, to me it’s tasted like it came from a can, it was kinda sweet and there wasn’t much flavor.
Drink: we ordered the root beer which ended up being really delicious! It was a specialty root beer called «Sprecher». I highly recommend it!
Atmosphere: I love the trailer park, it’s near the San Marcos river and on a pretty day, it’s the perfect spot for lunch.
