Love this place!!! Absolute best amaretto sours in town (according to my wife) super nice staff, plenty of space and enough dart boards to please any player!!! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a change from the norm!

Definitely Divey… but fun! Cheap strong drinks, all day happy hour specials, jukebox jams, pool tables, dartboards, and yes, indoor smoking. Although they’re in San Marcos, they’re not in the city limits.

Kazi Shot — Fresh lime juice, not the cheap sugary pre-​made crap you get from other bars on the Square! Not what I expected at all…

Gimlet — Tito’s vodka, Rosie’s Lime juice, & a splash of soda. Proper balance, goes down smooth!
Jukebox plays a mix of Reckless Kelly to Vanilla Ice to Metallica to James Brown… It’s an AMI jukebox so its got pretty much everything!
On Game Days they usually offer so kind of free food… chips & queso, chili, etc. Yes, FREE!
The bartenders are cool & friendly, and really know their stuff!

BEST DRINK SPECIALS IN SAN MARCOS, HANDS DOWN!
Love this place, it’s the best well kept secret in San Marcos! If you don’t want the crazy crowd of «the square» but still want to have a good time, this is the place to go! The service is awesome and quick and the drinks are so cheap!

Cheap drinks, darts, two pool tables, cool bartenders, bad ass pizza place next door and you can bring your pizza into the bar, sports on TV, Space Jam pinball machine that inspired me to buy Space Jam again (that movie was the shit)!
Minus one star just cos I don’t care for country music.

We came here while in town visiting my brother. Drink prices were amazing especially considering it was a Saturday night (then again I’m used to Dallas). Atmosphere was very biker bar with a couple pool tables, Foosball and plastic dart boards. I would say the drinks were poured normal strength and the fact that you can still smoke inside really sucks but isn’t illegal in that area yet. From what I here it’s a fun place to hangout because everyone knows your name and you won’t break the bank.

Very friendly and casual place to relax and enjoy some darts or pool. A bit smokey but prices are unbelievably low and the service is great. No more live music so the jukebox keeps everyone entertained.

This place is deceiving from the outside. Hidden in a strip center on RR12 it doesn’t look like much, but upon entering you will be shocked as to how large is!
The walls are covered in standard dance hall neon signs, Texas themed décor, etc. There is live music every night of the week. The live music is VERY loud, I prefer to hang out during happy hour when the juke box is free game. Happy Hour prices are awesome as well.
The staff here is super friendly and I felt welcome immediately.

Wonderful Bar, wonderful atmosphere… great stage and sound for music, nicest owners and bartenders… As far as Brent his review should be removed… they don’t let anyone under 21 in no exceptions, can you say DIVA!!! The bar is the cleanest I have ever been to including the bathrooms and they take exceptional care of it. Its ran by a couple who make a LIVING out of it not some college kid whose dad bought it or some rich mans side project so if they let Brent in and Brent drinks they can lose everything for some musician who is probably not nearly as good as he thinks he is… It’s sad they have anything but 4 or 5 stars on here b/​c of that fools response… Great Place for all ages…

Pool tables are free before a certain time (7pm?) allowing me to practice as I can’t play pool worth beans.

Great live music and open mic night.
It’s all what you want out of a bar. This place is like a bigger Triple Crown with more country music. If you’re looking to find a hook up you should go to the square. This is a great place to go have a beer, see a band, and chat up your buddies. Bartenders don’t talk a lot but it’s quick service. Probably one of the only bars I’ve been to where the bouncers are friendly.
