Encino Pointe

Lived here for a little over a year. We signed our second lease in July 2015. Management constantly changes. We are battling a severe neighbor issue. Our balcony was vomited on, beer dumped on, spit on, and their dog tore up potting soil which is now also all over our balcony. Management is acting like this is not a big deal. It’s a health concern.
We have asked multiple times for this to be cleaned, and corrected.
We have called the law enforcement more then 15 times in the last few months on the upstairs neighbors, and nothing has changed. We even asked if they would transfer us to another building because of our inconvenience, and they will charge $ 600 to do so. I don’t believe we should pay that due to the lack of RESPECT to fix the issue with the problems at hand.
The back buildings (we are in 12) are disgusting. Crickets EVERYWHERE. Dog crap. Cigarette butts. Beer cans/​bottles. Our truck even got broken into last year! There is broken glass in the park. We cant take our 1 year old there or on our balcony at all!
We are VERY excited to get out of here.
We are contacting our lawyer on Monday.
Be careful renting here. We are the victims, and we are being treated like the enemy.
