We will never stay here again. We requested a non-​smoking room but when we walked in it definitely smelled like it had been smoked in more than a few times. The room was disgusting! There was food crumbs all over the floor and a straw hanging from the lamp. There was no way this room was cleaned properly. Also the bathroom door was locked so we couldn’t use the toilet. We requested a room change. The new room was better but still pretty gross. To add to this horrible experience the other guests were very loud and talking on the phone & playing music right outside our door while we tried to sleep. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The price isn’t worth it.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. We arrived to town before 3, the official check in time, but I decided to stop in on the chance that my room was ready early. The clerk was lying on the couch in the lobby and told me that it wasn’t ready without bothering to look.
After enjoying the town for a bit, I came back to check in, and the clerk (a different guy this time) failed to acknowledged me for a good 5 or 6 minutes. Nothing. When I finally checked in, we got to the room, which was dingy and had a dead roach lying in the middle of the floor. Lots of cleaning had happened, obviously.
The things you take for granted at a hotel were missing here. The hot water in the shower didn’t work properly, it surged really hot and then really cold every minute or so. The clock was not set properly. (It was still an hour ahead). The TV had not been programmed, so every other channel was loud static. Even the door to the room had to be slammed really hard for it to latch.
The bathroom had rusty paint flakes peeling out of the wall, and somehow despite a dry night, there was a massive puddle under my car in the morning.
I have stayed in dingy hotels that redeem themselves with great staff and good cleaning practices, and I have stayed in great hotels that were soured by bad staff. I think this is the first place I have seen that really blends the worst of both worlds together. For gods sake, stay away. Nobody deserves staying here.
