Dollar Tree

The new Dollar Tree location in San Marcos has opened, and I had a chance to check it out yesterday afternoon.
I have to say I’m really enamored with the concept of ‘Everything’s $ 1′. I was really pleased to find a few things that I wanted to try or could use around the house, like the cheesy cell phone antenna sticker (that doesn’t work, but only cost $ 1 to try) or a little kitchen timer (that seems like a good bargain). I also bought two pair of reading glasses for a family member for the whopping total of $ 2, a CFL bulb, a six outlet expansion with dual brass plugs, a CD of Pachelbel, a folding umbrella and a phone charger – all for under $ 10 out the door, including sales tax!
And, best of all, the store was all WELL ORGANIZED, CLEAN and items were EASY TO FIND! Woo hoo!
Dollar Tree. Because money doesn’t grow on trees!
