My first time at the Benefit Brow Bar was so-​so.
Pros: Walk-​ins welcome, quick, great results.
Cons: The cosmetologist, the price — $ 20 for eyebrow waxing.
I’m not sure which lady I had wax my eyebrows. She was condescending in my questions about possibly getting my eyebrows tinted. (My eyebrows are brown but I wanted more definition and wasn’t sure if tinting would help). The lady was extremely pushy about the Benefit products (which I understand) but the manners in which she went about it was slightly rude.
My eyebrows looks great but not any better if I had gone somewhere else. Nothing special. I’d rather save my money and go somewhere cheaper.

My 4th different Benefit brow bar at Ulta… went to this location as New Braunfels location wasn’t open that day. Do not recommend. Girl was very nice, but young and unfortunately, probably just inexperienced. She did no brow mapping – just started right off with wax. Somehow accidentally got wax in my eyelashes (a first in my many years of eyebrow waxing). She covered brows at the end with brow tint, so I couldn’t really see that my arches weren’t at all addressed and ends of brows still had several stray brows showing. Disappointed.

Best eyebrow wax I’ve ever had! Karmen took her time in explaining what she was going to be doing and then adjusted anything that I wasn’t 100% comfortable with. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore!
