Café mocha was a 5 star. Nice strong coffee flavor With the mocha. Scone was ok. Smoothie was good. Could have used more fruit. Would definitely come back for ANY coffee item.

I’ve been coming here since it was called ‘Rudolph’s’, and their excellent customer service and drink menu items are the whole package. They are adjacent to a large parking lot, are situated downtown next to the creek, and share an outdoor seating area with Old SLOBBQ.

This place has free wifi and in my opinion the best espresso in town. I love the cozy fireplace in the corner.

This place has the BEST chai. Chai latte, iced chai or blended chai — a chai for any mood you’re in! They have other drinks too — espresso, coffee, iced tea. Cute spot, some indoor seating & outdoor seating too.

Strong coffee! Not complaining at all. We needed it. Went here on a Sunday afternoon on the way back to the bay from Pismo Beach. It was quite empty — only one other person was in there when we entered. It has metered street & lot parking — Free after pm on Sunday. They loose-leaf teas and coffee by the pick-up area which was super cute! I ordered the White Chocolate Latte — Medium. It was strong but the perfect amount of strong. The iced version was SUPER, SUPER strong — adding pumps of simple syrup is recommended, maybe add . On our way out — we noticed there was a dog biscuit jar. SUPERCUTE& thoughtful!

Wow I absolutely love ordering iced tea and getting a full cup of ice instead. Would not recommend unless you are really in the mood for a good cup of ice. Sidenote: the peanut butter chocolate cookies are not bad,

Not good for lattes unless you enjoy your milk burnt to a crisp. Apparently the iced lattes are good though

Everything is delicious. Awesome loose leaf tea selection for tea lovers! Also baristas are very nice and friendly! If you don’t know what to order, ask and they have great recommendations. Perfect atmosphere for studying. It’s so empty because no one has discovered this place is awesome to study! They have very comfortable cozy seating.

I have gone to this coffee shop numerous times over the years, simply because of convenience… but I gotta say I never get a HOT cup of coffee there. I don’t order anything fancy, just drip coffee. The flavor is okay, but it’s never hot enough. What has prompted this review is the last two times I went to get coffee it was in the afternoon and they didn’t have any drip coffee available. WHATTHEHECK??? You’re a COFFEE shop for goodness sakes! The barista didn’t even offer to make a pour over, an americano… nothin’. So I walked out without making a purchase. Guess they figure they make enough money to say open by concocting all those foo-foo coffees and don’t need my money or a tip.

My favorite café in SLO to(somewhat) get stuff done! The blended Oreo express is probably my favorite coffee drink to get anywhere and is on a level far above a Starbucks frap. They never skimp on the coffee here because you can taste how strong and flavorful the espresso is in a super sweet drink. Super friendly staff and a good atmosphere to be in whenever you feel contemplative ;).

Strolling the downtown and was in need of coffee. We happen to try West End despite of all the coffee shops in the area. Pretty tired from the long drive and ordered a regular coffee. Their coffee has it’s unique flavor that is on the sweet side. It was amazing and really loved it

The barista was super nice. I am new to drinking coffee and I have a lot of special requests. Not only was my drink fantastic but the service was wonderful. I don’t think you can go wrong here. I got a pumpkin cheesecake steamed milk and it tasted like I was drinking a pumpkin pie. It was amazing.

I stopped by here to grab a quick coffee during a road trip. I got an iced latte, and I really liked it. Good balance of espresso and milk and not too much ice! It’s a cute little coffee shop in Downtown SLO, and I would definitely come back here on another road trip! I also saw that they sell coffee beans in addition to making yummy espresso drinks. Tea is also offered here, for those who don’t choose coffee!

I am a bit of an early riser, and was glad to find that this place was too. Ordered Mexican Coffee and was afraid the chocolate and sugary– ness was going to be the end of this drink. But, it was perfect, the cocoa gave it a rich taste and all the cinnamon-y spices made it a cozy start to what I know will be a very long day. The space is what a coffee shop should be… a bit eclectic, modular, and comfortable. Not to mention it is along the creek and that makes this the most peaceful coffee ever. Thanks to the sweet batista that truly was sweet and not the fake I want you to tip me kind of saccharin. If it is peace in a cup you are looking and a really good brew, without paying a fortune, this is the place.

This establishment is my Go To place & has been in SLO for years, formerly known as Rudolph’s now West End. I am always thoroughly happy with my drinks & their bakery goods(monkey bread muffin — YES!) are extra tasty! This is a comfortable place to hang out & I don’t need to be a hipster to enjoy all they offer. Down Home Small Town Good Vibe /great Coffee, Tea & more. Coffee is nicely roasted & this is from a former barista with years of coffee adventures. I love that if you order a blended iced latte they pull a real shot of espresso instead of using a powdered blend/base. Crew here is super friendly & I always feel like I’m Local even though I haven’t lived here since late 80’s.

Yet another coffee shop — located in a nice section of SLO by the creek and a beautiful bridge. The inside was bigger than I thought with quite a few tables and some tables outside too. They sell all the basics including some delicious looking sweets, bagels etc. Everyone was pretty nice but my only complaint is that we were in front of one person in line and my drink took about 10 minutes to come out. Some people behind me got their drink first, which the guy was working on first… umm strange. I’m not a regular here but he should make the drinks in the order they come.

$ 2.75 for a small pot of tea. $ 2.75!!! Great for tasting their wide variety of loose teas. Very cool and relaxed atmosphere. I think the larger pot is around $ 3-$ 4.Their Mexican mocha was so damn good too! We went near closing time, so it was pretty slow. One of the girls wasn’t super friendly, but that’s okay. She got the job done. I prefer less chatty workers anyways. I will definitely come back whenever I am in town.
