I have been to Teaberry several times within the last 2 months, ok maybe month… IT’S SOGOOD! My favorite flavors are anything w/oreo in the name; oreo kahlua cream cheese gelato & just oreo gelato! More importantly, the employees are always very friendly and attentive & answer any questions you have politely.

Waited way too long for my acai bowl. The girl(which was the only worker on a Saturday) didn’t look like she knew what she was doing.

During a recent weekend visit to SLO, we found this to be a great little dessert place in the downtown. There are three things that made this one stand out from the others: 1) wonderful selection of toppings. things not found elsewhere(e.g. chocolate covered espresso beans!) 2) gelato flavors were in some of the machines. 3) frozen custard was used for the vanilla flavor machine! Those of us who’ve transplanted from the Midwest know all about the scarcity of Frozen Custard offerings here in California. We’ll take whatever we can find, and the owners of this dessert shop have provided an option to those in SLO.

Best frozen yogurt place hands down. The flavor were amazing and very unique. The toppings were great, and so was the pricing. I got the vanilla chai flavor and it was amazing. I even saw a sign for $ 1 iced teas and $ 2 lattes which sounded great to meet but it was later at night so I held off the caffeine. Definitely would recommend and come back again.

Teaberry serves exceptional flavors of pumpkin cheesecake and tart pomegranate. The fruit was good, but somewhat limited. However, their selection of dry toppings was the biggest I have seen anywhere. I really enjoyed the hemp granola. A big thumbs up for this frozen yogurt emporium!

Delicious yogurt and great customer service! There is also an awesome variety of flavors and options too. Hands down better than Yogurtland, Yogurt Creations, and Bali’s!

The yogurt is delicious, but nothing that stands out next to the other yogurt shops downtown. Definitely on the pricier side.

Not your average yogurt land style froyo– the flavored are fancier, and there are lots of other non yogurt offerings. We enjoyed the frozen custard(creamy, milky), and the variety of sweet self serve gelato like cookies and cream, cake batter, and salted caramel(might have been salted pretzel, I can’t remember). Personally I found the gelato a bit too melted and soft; I prefer it instead scooped rather than from a self serve machine. But the nice array of candy toppings and lack of sugar free(– sugar and fat do make frozen desserts taste more genuine) was nice.

Love this place! I don’t usually like frozen yogurt, but the yogurt here is really good. They also make a good milkshake. The customer service has always been great. The people who work there are always really friendly and offer suggestions about what to get. The location is good for hanging out and people watching too. I just wish it was a little closer to my house.

Tried the bliss bowl and it was delicious. It is so filling and was just amazing. My boyfriend got the sprout bowl and it was delicious as well. Definitely worth the price. At first the 16 oz didn’t look like it was filling but by the end I was completely full. Weill be coming back whenever we’re down in SLO.

Homophobic! I went into Teaberry for the first time to get frozen yogurt. While I was waiting to be rung up I start chatting with the employee. I mentioned that my husband owned an ice cream shop for years and now hates ice cream and frozen yogurt. When I said«my husband» the employee’s face fell and he actually took two steps back from me, like my icky gayness would be contagious. When he gave me my change he threw it into my hands from a good, safe distance and looked extremely freaked out. I know when I’m dealing with a homophobe, and trust me, this young man was horrified to be face-to-face with a gay person. I asked for his manager’s phone number and name, which he wrote down. So I walked outside and called the number, which wasn’t a working number. If you don’t like homophobes I suggest steering clear of this awful, childish, backwards place.

We drove a decent way to this place expecting good yogurt. I ordered a 16 oz Acai Buzz Bowl and my boyfriend’s sister ordered the Sprout Bowl. The two girls who made our bowls didn’t even seem to know what they were doing. they looked so confused on how to make it & we waited 15 minutes for our bowls. As soon as we received and took the first bite, It was the complete opposite of being blown away. I was disappointed. It wasn’t bland, but it wasn’t flavorful either. I’ve had Acai bowls that have tasted way better. My Boyfriends sister’s said her Sprout Bowl wasn’t even that good. I honestly feel like going here was a waste of time and This place was a disappointment to say the least.

So this my third time here and every time I thank my lucky stars that this place is still in business. They have some of the tastiest, freshest, most interesting yogurt flavors I have ever had. I have enjoyed their pomegranate, banana, cake batter and Oreo cookie flavors the most. The best part about Teaberry though, happens to be the toppings. They have the freshest fruits and a wide variety of candy all smaller sized to fit in your yogurt cup. The best topping of all is the huge pump of Reese’s peanut butter syrup on your way to check out. This syrup could make even moldy bread taste delicious; it is like heaven when paired with their amazing frozen yogurt flavors. Trust me when I say that their yogurt is worth every penny.

I actually loved this place for a long time. At one point, my friends and I would come here once a week. Probably the best froyo in town. Unfortunately, my opinion of this place is completely tarnished by an inexcusable incident that happened while I was there a few months ago. A couple of friends and I were there enjoying some yogurt when a homeless man came in and went around asking people for money. After spending a few minutes in the store, he finally left on his own accord before any of the employees had to get involved. About 5 – 10 minutes later, he came walking back in and went around asking all the same people for money. He went to the back and filled up a cup of yogurt and asked some people if they’d buy it for him. They refused and the homeless guy set it down and left it in the back. Then, almost out of nowhere, the manager(owner) came out from behind the counter and grabbed the homeless guy and threw him to the ground! The customers standing around them(and it was busy there) had to scatter to avoid being hit as well. Once the manager had him on the ground he dragged him by his feet to the back of the store where he shoved him into the back hallway. Finally he took the trash can lid from the bin that Han fallen over by the door and threw it at him. Basically the manager assaulted a homeless man. I know that guy shouldn’t have been loitering in the store or gotten so yogurt but I don’t believe there’s ever a good reason to assault someone unless they’re endangering other people. This was such a disappointing and upsetting event to witness that I haven’t been back since, and I’ve discouraged my friends not to go any longer either. I just don’t believe in supporting a business with management that disrespects people – including the homeless(especially to the point of attacking them!).

I don’t usually like frozen yogurt stores, but Teaberry is amazing! My boyfriend and I stop by at least 3 times a month. Their flavors rotate about once a week, but there are some that remain a bit longer due to popularity. They have a vast variety of toppings – ranging from crushed candy, nuts, fruits, gummy worms, sprinkles, hot fudge, and so on. Their frozen yogurt selection appeals to all types of taste buds and are made of the finest quality ingredients. The fruity flavors taste very fresh, seasonal, but run out quickly(especially the pomegranate). I don’t think this is a negative thing, though. Just more incentive to get more before it runs out! My personal favorites have been: Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownie, Girl Scout’s Mint Chocolate, Coffee, and Cake Batter. I also enjoy putting the crushed kit-kats and Ande’s mint choclate pieces as toppings. My only complaint would be that sometimes the frozen yogurt gets more on the watery side. This does not take away from the overall taste, but could be a turn-off to some. Overall, perfect place to grab yogurt in SLO. I doubt the new YogurtLand that’s opening up across the street would pose a threat.

This place is awesome! So many flavors to choose from– it’s not your usual boring«chocolate, vanilla, chocolate vanilla swirl». They have crazy things to offer! I come here when I’m craving froyo.

Best froyo place in town! Forget Yogurt Creations(yo-cray) or dlish or whatever exists in SLO(too many!). I’ve been here so many times, introduced by a friend to its yummy goodness. My favorites from tonight: *Cake batter(regular) *Vanilla custard(regular) *Oreo cookie(regular) *Chai(new!) There are about 8 flavors, and maybe half rotate out every so often. Though every time I go(once a month?), there’s always new ones! Not a big fan of sour yogurt, but they do have fruity ones like peach, mango, and pomegranate. Toppings are so amazing! My favorites are the cheesecake bits, raspberries, and brownies. Tonight, I added peanut butter cups, raspberries, thin mint cookies, and mochi. I could go on and on with the toppings, but hey, just go in. I bet they’ll have something for you. My downsides: – Sometimes it’s full with nowhere to sit. Hop on over to The Habit next door(window seats facing Higuera are the best!) or stroll around town. – Had somebody rude ring me up tonight. 15 seconds of displeasure for 10 minutes of mouthful bliss and catch-up time? Okay, I’ll take that. On a side note… I have eaten so much here, it’s counted as a meal ;)

Good yogurt and gelato and finally a place that has twix as a topping. Thank you! Give them a try if you want something a little different then your regular froyo. Also I hear they will put the shaved ice on your yogurt or gelato and its good.
