I recently ordered some boots from the Riding Warehouse website. They had the best price I could find on the internet and free shipping, they shipped them out very quickly. Unfortunately the boots did not fit (no fault of theirs) so I had to return them. The return process was painless, the package came with a prepaid UPS return label. I simply retaped the box, stuck on the new UPS label and dropped of the package at my local UPS store. They credited back the full amount on my credit card the day they received the package and they did not even charge me for the return shipping. Great company to deal with, I would recommend Riding Warehouse to all.

This is a really top shelf operation. I found the people very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Prices are reasonable, and shipping is fast and often free. Love this company! I live several hours from the brick and mortar store so usually order thru their website and I have been 100% pleased with my service. Items arrive really fast!
I did stop into the store while on vacation and found that their floor display was a little sparse feeling BUT they have a computer in the lobby so you can look thru the entire contents of the online store and then ask them to bring it out of the back warehouse area for you. Super nice staff and lots of inventory although it’s not out and apparent right when you walk in the store. Recommend this place for anyone!

I would never have known this was here had it not been for the new billboard on the 101. Good placement and advertising dollars well spent, Riding Warehouse.
This store has a great selection of not only western and english riding gear, but endurance riders will find what they’re looking for as well. I like the fact that there’s a computer at the forefront of the store where you can browse; find something you want, and voila, most times they’ll bring it right out for you to inspect (if it’s not already on the shelf).
I don’t live in the area, but during the week I spent on the Central Coast, I visited the store twice. Both times, customer service was excellent. It seems they have riders of many disciplines working there who can talk intelligently about their products and make suggestions if you don’t really know what you want.
Pricing is in line with most of the web stores, with the added perk you can handle the merchandise before you buy. I love this store.

I recently discovered Riding Warehouse & am beyond ecstatic to have a tack store in SLO that caters to the English rider.
I have only had one «negative» experience that was entirely not RW’s fault, but rather a manufacturer’s issue. They did their best to deal with the situation as quickly & efficiently as possible.
