Love their demo program and that I can try (and did) upto 4 racquets for a total of $ 20. Found my new racquet via this demo trial and have loved playing with it — the opposition is pissed off though. Shipping is free both ways. Great prices on gloves. Awesome customer service.

I’ve been shopping at RB Warehouse since the day I started getting into racquetball.
While price is one benefit of shopping at RB Warehouse since they match the lowest price, customer service is what truly distinguish RB Warehouse from any other retailer. Considering the fact that all products are the same in the world.
The demo program at RB Warehouse is very affordable, $ 20 to try 4 racquets for a week. That’s a $ 5 investment per racquet to find your next favorite racquet. Short story: The same week my rb partner received his racquets, I had all my wisdom teeth removed and was told to refrain from any physical activity for a week, my rb partner reached out and got an extension.
Rick is the person of contact and is very accommodating and definitely focus more on customer satisfaction over profits (which is how all business should be run). All my RB needs will be fulfilled by RB Warehouse until the day I retire.
