Kudos for being friendly, but after requesting a refund for an iPad pro we waited two weeks for, we were able to find one readily available at the official apple store. Save yourself the headache and go directly through apple, it’s the same price and they don’t tell you they don’t have details on their inventory. Again, the staff is friendly at Mac superstore, but friendly doesn’t excuse a thousand dollars floating in purchase limbo.
I still gave them five stars because I’m fairly certain any other product would have been readily available, so under ideal circumstances they would have been able to meet my purchasing needs promptly.

I cannot say enough good things about the help we received! Ben worked with us for 2 ½ hours trying to resolve problems attempting to buy a book on iphoto. He finally put the information on one of their computers and was successful. Ben was kind, patient and thorough. I watched all the other techs work with customers. Everyone was beyond wonderful. AND, AND after all that we weren’t charged a nickel! Unbelievable.
Go there if you need any help, you won’t be sorry :)

Needed a new battery for my 2008 Macbook. Gino installed it. He also made sure everything was updated, cleaned exterior, monitor, keyboard, and recommended and installed Firefox to work faster for my ‘vintage’ computer. All at no extra charge. All done quickly while I sat there with him. He gave me the confidence that my computer is still fine for awhile and it now works better than ever. And he explained things so that I could understand. Excellent customer service!!!

This store sets the benchmark for customer service. Previously I had gone to the local Apple store for technical help. Won’t be going back there again. The quality of the techs at the MacSuperstore is top notch. They don’t try to up sell you either, or take advantage of the technically challenged (me). In addition, they offer one on one instruction and/​or classes at a nominal fee. You can’t go wrong at the MacSuperstore.
They also sell a complete line of used Mac products, that look to be in excellent condition. And of course they stock all sorts of Mac accessories. So glad I discovered the MacSuperstore. I’ll be doing a one on one soon. and taking some classes.
