This time, while the water is shut off for the second full day this month, my sink is full of sewage. Love to see and smell sewage all day in my kitchen! Maint is here now at least.

Living here was awful. Truly a shitty experience. The owner/​manager was rude and actually yelled at me for complaining. I don’t know many people who wouldn’t complain about having their deposit withheld. I only lived here 4 months and was gone for most of that – I slept there maybe 10 nights. I never even unpacked and yet the place needed to be cleaned so much that they took my deposit. My roommate was a piece of work and management made the whole thing 100 time worse.

This place is old and management does need to remodel a lot of the units. Pipes leaked in our place about once every 2 months. Before we moved out the ceiling collapsed due to leaking. Because of this we got our full deposit back.
