I had changed a watch battery myself and then had trouble with the functionality of the watch. He knew what the problem was and fixed it on the spot without charge!!! Very friendly staff!

LOST THE BEZEL OF MY OMEGA WATCH! After getting my husband’s watch back from a regular service & the crystal falling off twice I took it to another shop for help. The kind gentleman there (Yervant Watch Jewelers) discovered the bezel was missing & the too small crystal had been glued back into place! I am furious! Not only did they have the watch for 2 weeks to perform a simple service, but they charged me what I felt to be an extremely high price & they LOST THE BEZEL! This is something I can never get back & the watch holds greats sentimental value to us. :’(DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

The name is the same. They’re not on Morro street though. They are the run around kings. The short guy that seems to be the owner is the least helpful and you can just see it in his eyes he’s making it up as he goes. The story changes as to why he doesn’t have our watch done. I will never go back. They’re very charming and nice when they take your watch, but one week turns to 2 to 3 and 4 then try 2 months to get your watch back.
