Okay I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this pharmacy. Just a few days ago I had my doctor fax over my prescription to the pharmacy. It took 3 phone calls from me and me waiting in line 3 separate times for the right prescription to be faxed over. Then the pharmacy tech told me «your prescription should be done in 20 minutes», I waited 1 hour in the store for it to be done. By the time an hour was up, I got up and asked the pharmacy tech at the cashier area if they were done, her response was«they are still working on it, I am so sorry, I’ll put it on expedited». A half an hour later it was finally done. That is ridiculous. Let alone do they have shit customer service but they take way too long to fill a prescription. All the medication I take was in stock and they chose to help at least 10 people AFTERME in line. The only person that has been courteous and actually cares in Jeannyn. I probably spelled her name wrong but she is great. Otherwise I am sick of this pharmacy. I’ve had so many times where I had to wait over 45 minutes just to get 1 prescription filled. They need to get it together before they get reported for having so many issues.

The location is kind of small and not particularly well organized, but that really isn’t an issue for me. I’ve been in this location maybe a dozen times and 80% of the time the cashier is very rude. Having worked all sorts of customer service, I am very polite to cashiers, servers, etc. So it’s not that the cashier is being rude in response to me being difficult or rude. She is just rude in general. I think it’s the same one, but I’m not positive. Her demeanor would be appropriate in response to someone screaming, arguing or breaking things. All I wanted was to buy some dental floss. Is that so incredibly aggravating? If this wasn’t the closet CVS to my house, I would avoid it entirely.

small and squished location, just east of downtown. parking lot is not comfortable. but they had what we needed to pick up, so can’t complain too much.

I just picked up a prescription from the pharmacy. I was greeted when I walked in the door and asked if I needed help finding anything. I had some questions for the pharmacist, and even though they were pretty busy the pharmacist took his time answering my questions and didn’t rush through it at all. He was very professional and said to call if I have anymore questions. I’ll definitely be back.

Went here when I was sick to get some tissues and medicine. They were open on christmas so I was EXTREMELY grateful! They also had a 2 for $ 512 pack coke products deal so I picked that up too. Medicine was what they usually cost. Pretty good, pretty good… but the cashier seemed grumpy. I think cause she was working on Christmas… I told her to smile because we all forgot about christmas in that foxhole in korea, so it’s all good.

My wife comes here to pick up her prescriptions, and well sometimes I’m stuck doing it for her. They are very easy to refill a prescription — online, call in, or walk in. They call to remind you that you have a prescription to fill and if it’s ready to pick up. It’s nice when you forget that you’ve called to fill a prescription and haven’t picked it up. The service is usually quite quick but spotty. Some of the staff are nice but some are just short with you. I’ve had an encounter like that once, but my wife has not. With a chain pharmacy I kind of expect service to be spotty. They get 4 stars because they always have the prescriptions we need in, and are quick — which is more than I can say about other pharmacies I’ve used.
