This place sucks
Worst customer service. Manager is not very nice or helpful. Don’t go to this store.

I love this pharmacy! The pharm techs and pharmacists are super helpful and kind and they actually care.

The staff is super nice! One lady sent me right to what I needed to find and a guy opened a register for me and I got out fast. Plus they’re 49ers fans.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I fill a prescription it takes the pharmacy staff at leave twice as long as it should. Not to mention the many «interesting» clientele who don’t seem to think they should have to wait in line and cut straight to the front. I’m switching pharmacies ASAP!

Bring your recyclable bags — they charge 10 cents a bag. I walked in and their shelves were half empty. I had to mix and match shampoos and conditioners. Everything in this area closes early; if you can — keep driving.

I came with a friend to pick up a drug prescription. It was A-​Ok.
Tip:
When calling to place a prescription pick-​up mention a same-​day time. Otherwise they’ll push the pick-​up till the next day.

My husband and I visited this CVS on a recent Central Coast trip. He’d come down with a persistent sore throat and ensuing congestion, so we decided it’d be best to hit the CVS before doing anything further. We picked up some cold-​fighting staples and bottles of water. I appreciated that the CVS had its own parking lot, so we didn’t have to use the parking garage on Marsh.

I wish this wasn’t the cheapest pharmacy for me to use. I guess you get what you pay for. Last week I called to have them send a refill request to my doctor. I checked the next day to see if the medication was ready and they said they sent it to the wrong doctor. They said they would send it out again. I called today and they said it never got sent out. The staff is not very friendly either.

Tried out this CVS pharmacy after the one on Madonna gave me problems. What should have been a simple 5 minute trip to the pharmacy turned into 45 minutes. The staff didn’t know how to give me a $ 25 gift card for beginning a new prescription with them: an offer that was advertised on the wall. And when he asked the manager for help since she was on her break she came out and told me that i’d need to wait around until she was ready to help.
The staff seemed irritated that the transaction was taking up so much time but CVS shouldn’t offer promotions if they aren’t going to train their staff on how to honor them. It ended up taking up my entire lunch break.
i don’t like to bash businesses but so far both CVS’s i’ve been to in town have had the worst customer service i’ve ever seen at a business.
