This place is awesome, I needed to get a costume this year so I went back to the same Halloween Express store from last year. They had every great costume and all available products. I got my costume and all the available products needed for my costume. I got everything I needed for the costume it was quick and fast in and out got to the register the manager help me out very well surprisingly everything was affordable I recommended this Halloween store.

Clean an efficient with out all the traffic. Got exactly what I needed everything was easy to find. Way cleaner than spirit and not overpriced! Stephanie helped us out an excellent service! Will definitely be back!

I was pissed at the man that had to keep arguing with me and HAD to get the last word, no matter what. We bought the Jester costume and the cane. However, the cane was broken when you connect it. I was still in the store and brought it back to show them but he had to argue and say it was my son who broke it and he heard it snap with the plastic. First off, the two pieces were together with a rubber band, which that should have been the first clue and the plastic was already broken, you could see why. Anyways, he literally had to get the last word each time. I will NEVER go back there.

Horrible cutomer service! I had ordered my sons Link costume online in a large in Setember but by the time it arrived and I realized it was too small, all the XL were back ordered. So i started looking around locally. I called this location and it they told me they did have it. Thinking the XL would be bigger than the large I purchaed online I bought it. I literally walked out and walked back in and they would not refund my money. The manager then offered an adult small instead of the boys XL but came back with a medium and told me they dont make it in a small. Shouldn’t you know your products and what you have in stalk before offering a solution to a customer! Not mention the quality is horrible! Stay away!
AND THE HAT IS MISSING!!!

This store is absolutely awesome, very helpful staff… awesome props and lots of costumes! Very organized. I’m glad to see Halloween Express back this year. I like them way better than Spirit. I recommend this store to everyone out there. Thanks Halloween Express!
