My family and I have searched across the Bay Area for some decent Chinese food and have fount it here! It is a very small restaurant but the food is delicious and not insanely expensive. We’ve been going here for years and they haven’t failed us yet. The fried rice, chow mein, chicken, wontons etc etc are great. I recommend it to all my friends!

Love this place. Definitely my favorite and the best Chinese food place in the area by a landslide. (Trust me, I’ve lived here my whole life and tried them all) Five flavor chicken, sesame chicken & green bean chicken are all amazing. I’m sure everything else is as well, but that’s all I get. Great service too, the guy who works the register will bring my food out to my car when it’s ready. I always feel great giving them my money and business.

Great Local Spot! When I come home it’s one of the places I love to get food from. The Family that Owns Chefs are Great People and dedicated to the quality of the food and great Service! The Five Flavor Chicken is Amazing! I like to ask for it to be a little less spicy sometimes but for someone who likes spicy hot food just let it be! It’s addicting.

I always order here once or even twice a week for our usual crispy chicken and salted fish and chicken fried rice for lunch at work! I have tried other things which are also delightfully scrumptious, but man that combo you just cant get enough of! The Chicken is perfectly crispy and the fried rice is very flavorful, they compliment each other very well! I also order the beef west lake soup.

Great food. After living in San Lorenzo for several years I finally found good Chinese food. Their food is light is taste, not super greasy or salted. I loved their Mongolian beef, rice and won ton soup. I’ll definitely be trying more dishes here. Strictly a take out food place though. The first time I went there we sat to eat in but everything got served on Styrofoam plates. The server was nice even thought they don’t usually serve. They have a steam table week days from 11 – 3, I still have to try that but so far very satisfied. I even crave their food!

This is just a decent Chinese hole-​in-​the-​wall restaurant that is inexpensive and gives a large quantity of food. The dishes we ordered were freshly prepared and tasted ok.
The Brocolli beef was the best of the 4 dishes we ordered. The five-​spice chicken was not good at all — too greasy, sweet and had no other taste. Not sure what other spices it was supposed to have!
The kung pao chicken and cashew chicken were ho-​hum. Nothing worth 4-​stars.

Perfectly crispy chicken wings! Me and my boyfriends usual order. It’s the absolute best especially with their spicy dipping sauce. We are always craving it! Their other food like their lunch specials are affordable prices for big portions. Only downfall is their parking because its street parking but we usually find a spot. Also try to order the wings before hand, it takes 35 min to make. Definitely a amazing hole in the wall.

A definite go to for quick and good Chinese food, especially if you’re in SLZ!
They always have stuff ready in the hot plates for you to grab, and if not, just a short wait will get you what you want.
The chicken wings, sweet and sour pork, and hunan chicken are BOMB. Food is never disappointing and everything is decently priced! They also deliver but not very far. Check it out!

I wanted lunch so I dropped by this restaurant. They had a variety of food options and decently priced. The lunch special looked good so I went for the sweet and sour pork. They were really quick to make it and by the time I got it, it was still hit and fresh.
The fried rice was really good and had a lot of flavoring to it. They were nice and had good service.
A perfect hole in the wall place! Will recommend for dinner if you’re too lazy to cook :) Gotta love this place when your in need of Chinese food in San Lorenzo.

Decent enough Chinese food that delivers and isn’t too expensive. It’s a tiny little hole in the wall near the corner of Bockman and Hesperian. I would highly recommend that you either do take-​out or delivery (there’s really not much in terms of room to sit).
We ordered sweet and sour chicken, vegetable deluxe and honey glazed walnut prawns for delivery. The food is pretty good and the portions are pretty decent for the price. It’s a little heavy, but what Chinese food takeout isn’t?
Good if you’re in a fix, live in the San Leandro/​Lorenzo area and don’t want to cook.

Another hole in a wall that I discovered on a random night hanging out at a friend’s place after my moving — We were starving so I Unilocal around for deliveries — Asian food. Chef Kwong popped up and BAM!!! it’s right down the street. Took a quick look at their menu…
West lake beef soup — delish
Deep fried ribs — crispy/​crunchy to the max! And they are in bites size, just perfect!
Peking spareribs — yummy flavor, not too sweet and the ribs were crispy/​crunchy to the max.
Honey glazed walnut prawn — Crispy and oooh so yummy! Better than the restaurants, so far!
House special fried rice — not a fan or rice lover but it was pretty delish (combination of everything)
Chicken wings — crispy/​crunchy to the max — just perfect.
Yang show fried rice — delish
Dry fried green bean — delish
One of my favorite take out /​home delivery spot!

Being a local spot, I can’t believe that I’ve never written a review for this place, so here we go! The location is a little off of the beaten path and there are very few spots to sit, so I’m sure this place gets overlooked quite a bit. However, this is a solid option for some good take out food!
My wife’s family has ordered here for years. They love the chicken wings, the beef chow fun, salty fish fried rice, the pan fried noodles… all of which I love too and would recommend that you order. However, it should be noted that when we order, we ask them to use less salt. In the times that I’ve forgotten to, the food has been a little salty for our tastes. Another bonus is that they deliver in the local area as well, a feature, we’ve used a couple times!
