San Leandro Ball Park

They redone the whole ground. Nice grounds for football. They have couple of baseball ground s there. They also have plenty of tennisball courts there.

Nice clean park and very spacious.

Great place to watch a little league game or a pee wee football game! The fields look good and really taken care of by the grounds crew or the city!

A more specific description of the address: Exit off of Freeway 880 then West on Marina Blvd., Right on Teagarden Street.
Ballpark is located on the right hand side of Teagarden Street between Marina Blvd and Alladin Avenue. It is flush up against the 880 Freeway. You can, in fact, see it from 880.
This is one of the best fields in the area, and one of the deepest at 400 feet to straight-​away center field. It’s 320 down the lines, and 350 to the allies. It is very rare to see a home run hit out to center.
There are stands for about 100 or so people on stone steps behind the home plate backstop fencing, lifted approximately 10 – 20 feet into the air above the dugouts. It is all built into the frame of a mini-​stadium type of architecture.
The dugouts each have their own bathrooms, including shower area (under construction las time I checked), inside changing space, as well as visible bullpens to each side.
There are 2 public bathrooms and a concessions area that is open for moderate sized events. Parking is limited and the street parking on Teagarden, close to the ballpark, is high risk for foul balls. There is a shopping center down the street within walking distance. Also, West Coast Sports is a short drive for all your baseball needs.
This is a very nice place to play or watch a game. A fine rec league type of field. Well maintained. A++. I hope it never goes away!

San Leandro Ballpark is a major league size baseball facility. Its is used by the San Leandro «Old Timers «League and several San Leandro Little Leagues. It is a Full Featured Facility.
It features Grandstands, Restrooms, Score Booth, Concession Stand, Lighting and Parking.
