Rose or some lady did my nails. They came out great! She was rough, however and seemed like she didn’t want to be working. Also, I think she ripped me off. Some lady came over with a receipt showing about $ 25 and rose immediately spoke in their language, pushing the lady away and pointing toward a $ 50 receipt for me. How awful. Wont be going back. Also, the good reviews is just so customers get $ 5 their service.

Quick and fast service. Comes with complimentary sodas. They do a very good job on gels manicures. On the other hand, pedicures can be better. You don’t really get a massage here.
I got a gel manicure ($ 30) and a basic pedicure ($ 22). My 7yr old sister got a mani ($ 15) and a pedicure ($ 22). Pretty pricy for a child if you ask me.

HOW DARE SHE!
Today (6÷19÷16) I decided to visit for a pedicure because my nail shop was closed. As soon as I came in Christine greeted me. She asked about my basket of colors because I usually supply my own, as I used to be a frequent customer years ago. Pedi was less than mediocre. In figuring she couldn’t follow instructions because of the communication barrier. Fast forward… I’m done and the technician tells me I’ll be relocating to the nail drying area. At NO POINT was any water with lemon offered to me. Yet others had some. I asked her for my total and gave her my money to pay. While my toes were drying she gave me my change. Minutes go by I figure I’m good to go. I exit the nail shop, get into my car and start it. As I’m preparing to back out Christine comes running out to my car. I roll down the window and she asks me, did I pay. I’ve never tried to receive any services without paying. After giving her the rundown of when and how I paid. She then proceeds to tell me about the buy one get one free pedicure deal. Ha! A FUCKING JOKE! Accusing me without grounds was tackless, classless and rude.

Excellent service! My mom and I tried to go to our usual place in Castro valley on a Sunday and all the places were totally booked. We came just over lake chabot road and found this little hidden gem. there are lots of chairs and friendly faces. You will likely be seated promptly and graciously. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was so worth it! Nice long massage including hot stone! This is definitely our new go to!

Excellent service. Everyone is super nice and friendly. They take their time to do a great job and quick. Perfect timing for a pedicure. Great price for an awesome service. All customers were brought ice water with lemon and straw

I been coming here about 5 years now. Christine is the best, Always does my nails and eyebrows on point! She the only person I prefer !

I really enjoyed my services here today! I haven’t been here in a long time to Dutton and I love the newly remodeled atmosphere. My gel manicure with Sky was excellent. He knew gave me advise on shaping of my nails and what color I should choose. Also I how they serve water in a cute glass with a straw. Overall it was a excellent service!

Best place to come for great pedis!!! I always come here w my sisters to get our pedicures done and never have had a problem. They provide great service and prices are inexpensive.

Love this place! I come here all the time and they are very great at noticing ingrown toenails :-) ! I love their service, they provide great deals during the fall and spring with 2 for 1 deals!

Good service! Very clean environment! I came in for a pedicure and everyone was very friendly and efficient!

I waited almost an hour for my pedicure with my nieces. The seemed apologetic about the wait but this one lady was rude as hell to the worker who was leading everyone to their seats and bringing us water. Apparently he made them «busy» whatever that means.
Nice place, lots of options but I won’t be back.
Maybe others will have a better experience.

Despite the 2 for 1 deluxe pedicure deal I would not recommend this place because of their customer service.
The two of the five women who serviced us today had very pushy attitudes. When asked a clarifying question the lady tossed a flyer at me. While another women refused to speak to me English instead she just tapped my leg, held items at me, or stared blankly. My mother also had the same exact experience.
The shop does have a nice mini spa vibe. They serve you lemon water in nice little cups with straws, they use hot rocks and sugar scrubs. I also noticed that soap is not added to the pedicure water. Instead lemons, rose pedals and tea bags are added.
If the workers were a little more kind, polite and less attitude I would recommend
The lady work at the front counter was extremely rude I will never be back she asked me to tip and when I gave a $ 5 she wanted me to decide who gets what portion I said it doesn’t matter your business can decide the lady threw the money at me and told to keep my (optional) tips

This place wasn’t what I was expecting. And not in a good way. My nails were not done very well, which was disappointing since I was getting them done for my wedding. The ladies were also super rude when you’re paying. They ask if you’re going to tip, and if isn’t what they think they should be tipped they literally tell you that. Lol. Like she literally said «that’s it?» Rude and unprofessional. And they clean their foot tubs out with hand soap… too bad I saw this after I finished my pedicure. I won’t be coming back here.
5÷3÷16 — Just wanted to add that my friend went here recently to get her nails done, and a cockroach crawled out of the finger nail dryer as she was drying her nails… She won’t be returning either.

So last night I walked in at 6:45PM and they close at 7PM thankfully and grateful they took me in last minute since Valentines is around the corner [a women has to look fly]. The lovely ladies named Jane and Michelle hooked me up with my deluxe pedi and mani. I love coming here and recommend this place to anyone.
FYI this place is clean AND VERY EXPENSIVE! EX: shellac mani pedi [deluxe] is $ 80 and TIPS.
I give this place 5 stars because courtesy goes a long way and because hygiene is very important to me.
