Love this place. I’ve taken my prom dress, slacks, and other random clothes to be altered here and they came out perfect every time. Everything fits exactly how I wanted it to and the staff is super nice. They’re also very fast and can get it done in a day or two.

I had to get a some custom alterations done to a new suit jacket. Went there in the morning and expected to have to wait a day or two. Got the phone call that it was done that same afternoon. Staff did a fantastic job of getting it done especially since two other places I had called were quoting a week and it was raining cats and dogs during«the storm of the decade» December 2014.

I again called to ask their price range for an alteration. Knowing that I haven’t taken my dress to them I just wanted to know what their ranges can go from, but you know what? I was spoken RUDELY on the phone and RUSHED. Broken English first of all and I was asking politely on a simple question I didn’t need specifics. Don’t trust this place with your dress because if they snapped at you on the phone what do you expect with your dress? DONTDOIT.

I purchased a maxi dress at the last minute before my bridal shower, which was a bit too long. I called Lee and she made an appointment for that afternoon, and had it hemmed and back to me the next day, and all for a reasonable price. I plan to go here with any other alterations in the future.

Their prices are pretty high for a wait time of three to four days. They’ve lost four of my dress pants in the past. They also tend to fade clothes! Probably looking to go elsewhere. I came back to them with some faith of them providing better service but this time they lost my $ 200 dollar blazer!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Great place to hem jeans if you’re from the area. $ 8 and a 24 hour turnaround time(at least that’s the track record for me) — not bad at all! I’ve gotten four pairs of raw denim hemmed here, including Levi’s, Naked&Famous, Diesel and Dior — so you can trust her with the expensive stuff! 4 stars because the thread looks a little bit messy(not really sure how to describe it) on one of my jeans, but it’s not like anyone will ever see it, so this place is A-OK in my books!

I took some of my fancy shirts there a few weeks ago and I can honestly say that they do some pretty good work. The prices are right and have no complaints about the great service I got there.

A small shop with honest ladies doing a decent job. I’ve come here a handful of times now to get my pants hemmed($ 8 for the regular hem/$ 10 for the original hem). I would NOT recommend bringing your expensive jeans here to keep your original hem. However, I would recommend bringing your low-mid priced jeans and slacks here for the regular hem. They’re fast in getting you measured and back out the door. When you come back they always insist on you trying the pants on again. There was one incident where my pants were still a tad too long, they fixed it the same day without fussing or charging me anything extra.

Did a very nice job getting a tough stain out of some pants. Easy shopping center parking. Called them to get their hours and they said they’d charge me $ 9 for the dry cleaning. Got there and was charged $ 10. Huh?

I come here for all of my alterations. I had a $ 150 dress altered because it was too long on me, and the woman here did a wonderful job. That’s no surprise considering she used to make dresses. I get all my jeans altered here too. They do an excellent job, and the price is reasonable compared to other places. At Nordstrom, they wanted to charge me $ 18 for the original hem, at Custom Cleaners they charge me $ 10 and they do a BETTER job then Nordstrom! I live in a different town, but coming here is worth it.

Came back a second time and it wasn’t that great. I don’t know what happened but maybe some else did the alterations this time. Not so happy about it.

I get my pants altered here since it’s close to my house and Nancy(I think that’s her name) is really nice and does a great job with the original hem style. For regular hem on jeans I think it’s like $ 7.00 and I think that’s how much it is for slacks too. For original hem it’s $ 10.00. She is very careful and instead of tucking the jeans into the original hem that is normally cut off to attach, she somehow sews it on and irons the inside flat out. So it’s not thick and bulky like how other places tend to do it. I’ve also taken a jacket in here and they did a great job! It went from a Small to XSmall for $ 35.00. Not bad for a wool/cashmere jacket that would’ve cost me another $ 100 bucks + to buy. I wish she did custom tailoring but she doesn’t. I went in the other day to ask if she would sew my bridesmaids dresses but she doesn’t have any time like she used to. They expanded in the last 2 years, the place used to be half store half alterations and dry cleaning. The only thing I don’t like so much is after they hem my pants, they don’t press them, but I think Nancy said she would if I asked? I don’t remember.
