I have furnished three backyards with the products from Patio Outlet and it all still looks new after 7,6 and 1 year. Make sure to ask for Tim because he will give you the best customer service, and he really knows his stuff. I would never buy any outdoor furniture anywhere else because I need my outdoor furniture to be low maintenance but also look pristine uncovered all year round! This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a Unilocal review– I took the time because I want everyone to stop being ripped off by the garbage out there! Thanks Tim!!!

We purchased several pieces of patio furniture from Patio Outlet — teak dining table set as well as chairs for our bar area. The furniture is well-​constructed and unique — teak with metal frame. Most teak furniture I have come across has a teak frame which can become prematurely worn from contact with moisture on the ground. The metal frame eliminates this problem and has a great look as well. We are very pleased with our purchases from Patio Outlet.

We recently visited Patio Outlet for our SECOND round of patio furniture purchasing. We originally purchased a beautiful teak dining table and chairs and the quality is superb. We have an expandable dining table — very well made and gorgeous teak. We recently moved and decided to continue the theme and again visited Patio Outlet to purchase bar furniture to match our teak dining table.

Love this place and what they can do for my patio. The people that work here are passionate about what they offer and the owner is very very proud what they offer here as far as customization of patio furniture. I visited this location recently to have cushions custom made for my patio furniture when I was dissatisfied with the cheap ones I saw in stores. The cushions here are made from Sunbrella which really impressed me! It’s also hard to find the specific sizes I need so I was really excited that they could make them to my specifications here.
What I was not expecting was the huge selection of colors and prints! The salesperson patiently helped me look through all the samples until I found the perfect color.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery considering I was having hem made custom! Got my cushions in time for an event I was hosting and they look marvelous.
I will be returning for some furniture pieces here since the quality is clearly superior. The salespeople really know their stuff and took time to answer my hundreds of questions. It’s worth the price and time to come check this place out.

While in the store the staff was super helpful and very reassuring that our furniture would be delivered in 2 – 3 weeks. 4 ½ weeks later we have been told on 5 separate occasions that our furniture would be delivered only to have it delayed, in the process missing our 4^th of July party. I am still waiting for the furniture to be delivered today will repost with the final result!
