Bella Nails

I love Bella nails off Ortega. My daughter and I have been going to Tony for fills for years. He’s the best and his wife is lovely as well. Very clean very professional.

I went to Bells Nails for the first time today. It’s in a beautiful setting on Ortega Hwy. The salon is very clean and we’ll appointed. The employees were friendly and efficient. My manicurist was Tiffany, the daughter of the managers. She is second generation Vietnamese so her English is perfect. Kathy was my pedicurist and Cindy did my waxing. Both were very professional and excellent at their profession. The price was very competitive. I am in a wheelchair and they were gracious about accommodating me.

The staff at Bella Nails is rude! I’m new to San Juan Capistrano and tried them because they are close to my house. The staff claims to not understand English and tries to sell you more services. I went in today to fix a smudge on one nail and they said I’d have to wait 30 min. They seem like they don’t want new business. They have lost a regular paying customer and I’ll be telling everyone not to go there.

Whoooo this place is toxic. The acetone in the air is super strong. I’m literally getting high as hell as I’m getting my pedicure. Service is good enough but I’m certain I’m losing brain cells. Can’t come back here again, this cannot be okay.

I love this place and would recommend to anyone! The people are very friendly and nice. Got a gorgeous matte manicure with a stellar arm massage! I found my new nail salon! Thank you guys for being awesome and affordable!

I love Tony and Cindy and their Bella Nail Salon. They are friendly, the place is clean and they are open on Sunday’s yeah!!! I have been going to them for years and I am telling you if they can make my Mother happy and they do, EVERYONE will love them!!!

Don’t go here. They are all over the place. I got passed between three different people. They did a really sloppy job on my gel nails. Had a really small collection of colors and even though they had examples of nail art were not able to do something relatively simple for my friend that came with me.

Got my lovely set of gel nails and french tip pedicures here and I am 100% satisfied. Cindy and Tony are so sweet and friendly. I would definitely come back!

This was the 3^rd shop I tried to get into today in San Juan. It was less than a minute wait. It was a quiet, calm and clean environment, no screaming, yelling or pressure to purchase a billion $ 5 services or flowers. I am definitely coming back.

Cost way too much for average work. Cindy did a decent job on my French gel manicure. Pedicure doesn’t include dead skin removal of any sort– I was wearing sandals and the bottoms of my feet were still dirty when I left. They are overpriced, especially when you consider I had to scrub my own feet when I got home. You can find better.

this place gives nail fungus! do not go here! unsanitary and disgusting!

Tony and Cindy are amazing. I’ve tried other places in San Clemente (closer to my home) but I always come back to Bella nails. I just recommend making an appointment first! But always amazing service.

Tony repaired my acrylics today from another nail salon and did an amazing job! Thank you!!!

There’s only a few reasons why I like this place.
One, its a small little place with just enough employees. To me that really matters because I hate when a place is busy and they are understaffed, especially on a Friday.
Two, the nail technician asked if I wanted each individual step. Now, some people might think that is annoying. But sometimes I just want my toes kinda touched up not scrubbed and made into new feet. Also because I am super ticklish and when they scrub, I move like I’m being electrocuted.
And third an final, the lady took about 10 mins to touch up the nail polish. This shows me that they take their time at the art they do.
The only reason why they didn’t get that last star is because they didn’t really have the selection of polish that most places have, even for the size, and the massage wasn’t that great… I don’t want some random stranger rubbing my legs and feet if it doesn’t feel good…

Typical nail place, they do a good job, don’t speak very good English and prices are not posted so it’s unclear what you are paying. They are very nice though.

I love this place to get my nails done.
I go to Tony and he is wonderful and fun to talk to.
I am very picky with my nails but he just does a great job. It is easy to get caught up there and get massages and extra things but I definitely love his work!
