I would not recommend to do your laundry here. The place is very very dirty, the owners will harass you about how to wash your laundry, also it seems to be more expensive than any other laundromat. Even other frequent users that happen to be here when I came and told me that she always harass is everyone about how to do their laundry and what machines to use. If we are the paying customers I believe that we should be allowed to use whatever machines we want and not have to be harassed by some little lady that doesn’t take our adulthood seriously. My experience here has been very very poor and this is not a laundry mat that I will frequent or come back to again.

This place sucks! My husband went here because the other places we usually go to were full of people he washed our clothes and then he dried them when they were done he just threw the clothes and brought them home so we can fold them together. When i started to fold the clothes i noticed that a lot of my clothes was still a little wet and some of my other clothes go burnt! How does some of your clothes get burnt and others aew still wet and they all had the same time put in to dry? I called to speak to the owner about this and the asian lady whi answerd the phone told me that it could not happend there and that when did my husband go there and i told her that he had just got home from there so i dont know what she did with the phone she was probably thought she hung up on me but i could hear her talking to someone else about me so this is what i am going to do i am going to take them to small claims court the clothes that got burnt I had just bought for black friday only worn once and now ruined about 50 down the drain!!!

I think the previous reviewer was a bit harsh on this place! The lady is very nice if you get to know her and her advice is genuine. If you just want to call your clothes washed — fine — but some machines are better and splitting your laundry will dry it faster even if you need to use more than one machine. The seating is minimal but there are stools and the parking lot is not sketchy. You will probably get to watch a telenovela but they can be entertaining. It’s no luxury laundromat but since when is laundry luxurious? I personally love the laundry service. $ 1/pound — washed, dried, and folded. It’s usually ready in 24 – 48 hours and she separates things into bags, which makes unloading very easy. The folding job is amazing! Don’t leave your delicates because it will generally be dried on high heat but day-to-day clothes and sturdy things do just fine! Did I mention she folds it all?! For the time it saves, the price is pretty close to what you’d spend doing it yourself and spending the time to fold it all.

If I could give this no stars, I would. This place would be great, if it weren’t for the owner. She will follow you around and harrass you in broken English about your machine choice, and she opened our washer when we stepped out to «show us we overloaded it» when it was actually fine. We’re adults fully capable of doing our laundry, thank you. She will try to convince you that you’re breaking her machine if you don’t use the expensive washer and will yell at you if you don’t do what she says. She does the exact same thing with the dryer, making you split your laundry and add more time. We saw her yelling at other customers too. If you don’t mind being yelled at by a trolling owner and having your cycle stopped while you wait, definitely come here. There are also no seats so we have to wait in the car in the sketchy parking lot. Overall terrible experience; you’d be better off trying a different location.
