Come here often as I live right around the block, but the only positive is that its close and not crowded most the time if I had to pick one more thing. Its dirty, most the machines are falling apart and even worse when it does break, you have no way to know. There have been several times where I will wash my clothes in a machine that used to work or appears to work after I inspect as much as I can, then discover it doesn’t work. So I need to re-wash clothes. I wish I was the owner of it, I would give it the maintenance, since it has a good location, but instead I will be going the extra distance to find somewhere else.

How does this place survive in Willow Glen? I guess most residents here have washers. This is one of the most ghetto laundromats I ever had the displeasure of using. Most of the washers are broken, as are the dryers. I have wasted coins before here on machines that don’t work, but today was extra special. A machine I was using got stuck on rinse, while my other load was already finished. So I got to wait while the person working cut the power, waited for the machine to drain, and then… I got to start my load over! Wheeeeee! I love WASTINGMYDAYDOINGMYLAUNDRYTWICE, while horrible music plays in the background. The person that owns this business is a terrible business owner, and should be ashamed of them self. I hate bad business practice, and this place takes the gold for having so many broken machines at any given time. Also, the place is dirty. There is old laundry soap in the machines, and mold growing in the front load windows on the $ 4 machine doors. Yuck!
