This used to be my laundry spot, but I’m thankful I found a new place. Here’s why:
–Hard parking lot to get into
–Found chocolate in dryer several times dirtying my clothes
–Many machines are out of order, but the owner doesn’t tell you that until you try to get them to work
–Seating for about 6 people only
–Loud, annoying TVs that only play 6 commercials

Whatever you do, do not do your laundry here… I washed mine here, then went next door to to the ATM and got a 20 and put it in the machine that gives you change. After the last quarter dropped, the owner of the place demanded the money saying only customers could use the machine… I insisted I was a customer but she did not believe me. I then proceeded to show her my THREE LOADS OF LAUNDRY that were waiting to go in the dryer. A normal person would say sorry and admit they were wrong. This lady just gave me the stare of death and walked away. Not surprised to see the only other review of this place is 1 star.
So many better places in San Jose to wash your clothes.

No Hot Water first noticed hand sink Big Boy or Maytag front loader washer Vietnamese owners run place on Cheap instead of raising prices to cover higher cost of doing business

so this place sucks!
first off i went in there a Friday morning with one purpose. to wash two of my shirts in hot water and high heat. i was trying to shrink these shirts… did it work. not as well as i liked. I’m a man what the heck do i know about washinggg…
well anyways i go there about 8am and there are like 3 homeless people sitting outside and i don’t mind em cause i live right next door and I’m use to seeing homeless people. well anyway i go in throw my junk in the washer and try to turn it on and it wont. i ask some dude that works there or owns the place. he was like 60 – 70. he said that those certain machines are old and the hot water doesn’t work. well great! how am i supposed to look swole in an XL shirt when i require mediums ;)
so i wait while my shirts get washed and i decide to go play one of their video machines they have. While scoping out these prehistoric devices i notice they have fifa 1294 B.C. (a game i use to play back in the day) so i said SCORE!!! so i put in a quarter. as soon as i hit start i notice that the joystick will not go to the left. so this pisses me off cause i cant pass and slide and put my skills to full use. well i get pissed off and smack the thing so it freezes on me :/​so i run away back to my laundry.
time goes by so i pull my sexy ass shirts from the washer and throw them in the dryer. i also expected high heat but the thing was barely putting out. i hate it when they don’t put out. HA!
well overall the machines are old but the place is decently clean.
one more thing…
my roomate went there the very next day and the change machine ate his $ 20 bill and the owner was unable to give him the money till two days late??? wtf
