I’ve been to S&S Market a few times. Considering I basically live right next to it, it’s pretty hard to find a more convenient place to stop by and grab some drinks and snacks.
And that’s all this place is really for — drinks and snacks.
One thing you’ll notice is there are no displayed prices. Most of the time, the man at the register types the prices up, rather than physically scanning them into the register. Part of me wonders if they are just putting whatever prices they feel like because it’s not THAT cheap whenever I buy things.
But it’s convenient and has a fair selection of things. So I’ll keep coming.
