Ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club through drive through, got a spicy chicken sandwhich.

This Wendy’s is not safe at night. Drive thru and keep your kids home. This restaurant is on the stroll.

Girl on the drive thru wasn’t helpful I had to repeat my order like 10 times and she still got it wrong. bad attitude when asking if I wanted ranch and ketchup

They didn’t have vanilla frosty. :(

I’ve been here twice, been served by two different people, and had my order messed up both times.
The first time, I ordered a bacon burger. I drove off without checking (of course I know I should have checked) and when I got home it had no bacon although I had paid for it. The second time I went inside to eat. I ordered their cheaper value menu burger and a soda, it was okay, but the patty had a strange after taste that I could not pinpoint.
The tables weren’t very clean inside either, there was still salt and some ketchup on the table we were sitting at, it seems like they are way too understaffed to take care of cleaning. I’m going have to pass on this Wendy’s, save your money for a better burger.

I think I can forgive this place for the finger in the chilly. It’s a good Wendy’s. I think the management knows about the bad stigma so he makes sure the employees make up for it by keeping the place clean and being really polite and professional. It’s not like every Wendy’s strains the chilly before they dish it out. Just really bad luck. Otherwise this place is great!

Today at 9:12 Thursday June 11^th I came here to get a chocolate frosty and once again they didn’t have any chocolate and I was told by a friend they finally fixed their machine and supposedly it broke again. They should take it off the menu if they never have it and the man taking order was very rude and argued with me about why it’s ok and not a big deal. He said do you have a problem. I said yes you never have chocolate for your frosty. They are across the street from a wal mart they should go buy some chocolate syrup it’s that easy. Never coming back. Jack in a box had chocolate shakes as they always do luckily they opened one a light down. No more Wendy’s on Monterey!

Today was the last straw with this place. They’re super slow and I get my order wrong almost every time. Today I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget along with other stuff, drove 7 miles home to find they were not in the bag. I even mentioned the chicken nuggets at window, asking the guy to make sure that they were half spicy and half regular like I ordered, since they constantly get orders wrong.
I was so ticked that we drove the seven miles all the way back and informed them that they left the Nuggets out of the bag, and asked them to redo the whole order. The manager called up the person who was working the window and asked her, in Spanish, if she had put the Nuggets in the bag (like she would remember an order that she did 30 minutes ago). The employee told the manager in Spanish that she did put them in the bag. Except that one of us does speak Spanish and we understood the whole conversation. We told the manager that was a lie. The manager says «the chicken nuggets were in the bag» like she somehow knew this to be fact and we were lying, because her employee lied straight to her face. The manager agreed to replace the Nuggets only and wouldn’t do anything for our inconvenience, plus she basically accused us of lying! Avoid this Wendy’s if you can.

Suppose I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food restaurant. However, there is no need to give your money to a business that feels entitled to it. Extremely rude drive thru cashier… turns out it was a manager. I went inside to complain and the cashier told me the guy on the headset was a manager. A manager has no business speaking to customers that way. The whole issue was a faulty speaker and microphone at the drive thru kiosk. He was cutting out and decided to be an ass toward me because I couldn’t hear him. There are too many options and more than enough good business owners that would be grateful to have your business. Don’t give it to these people.

oh my god… the terrible service was unbelievable! drive thru worker kept cutting me off and was very rude. we sat and waited for him to take our order for about 10 minutes. waiting in line to get our food took another 10, and it was just so obvious this place doesn’t have it together. Jorge the manager was who gave us our food and he didn’t even apologize for the long wait. there were only 2 cars in front of me and no cars behind me the entire time, and the inside was empty. he was very short and unfriendly.

Ok, so today was the last time I paid for anything here. I ordered 2 value meals and both were incorrect. One had a slight edit with no mayo, but that meant it came with no lettuce or tomato either. The other had NO modifications, but I expected Asiago in my Asiago Chicken Sandwich. No cheese or bacon and no tomato. You know the worst part, that order was just shy of $ 20! serious?!? I can’t believe that crap food totaled that much. It’s no wonder there’s gonna be a new Jack in the Box across the street!

I have ate at this particular Wendy’s establishment multiple times.
The service always seems to be lacking lacking and somehow my orders are wrong 90% of the time.
2 stars because Frostys.

Across from the Dennys, this Wendy’s has urban attributes from the movie, «Street Smart». Drug sales and pimps and prostitutes… not a shortage here at night. The drive through is quick… the food is consistent and the combination meals good food value… as long as all the other urban rift raft is not a concern of yours. The grass in front of this Wendy’s is perfect!

I used to come here for fast-​food because I lived around the corner. I swear, ⁵⁄₉ times I ordered food, they «accidentally» left an item out. I don’t want to say they did this on purpose, but it’s suspicious. Also, their service was not great. I gave this location one more star, because Wendy’s has improved their menu in the last couple years and they have good, cheap chocolate frostys.

Five stars just for the frosty. Main reason I come here.

I went here because i bought stock and it has been quite some time since i ate at a wendys. Pretty much interesting people eat herr. There was a woman that took a bunch of napkins forks and spoons when the staff was not looking and then asked the guy for a lot of condiments and she begged some drunk guy for money. The drunk guy had a conversation to himself.
Now for the real review. The service was good as the guy took my order and food came out at a fast time. I ordered the pretzel bacon cheeseburger with strawberry lemonade and fries. Overall the meal eas good. The burger patty was a little dry but the bread was great. A little small for me but maybe it is a good thing since i am trying to reduce my food intake bathrooms was clean and had to wash my hands due to the lady taking the napkins. I would rather pay the extra money and go to five guys

Recently all I desire is Wendy’s. The #1, small with a chocolate frosty.
My desires began when I was on a road trip to San Diego. Wendy’s was the only convenient food before we got back on the road, so I acquiesced and went to Wendy’s. I don’t make it a habit to eat fast food, and if I do, I choose Taco Bell or InNout. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my burger. It was freakin delicious. So I had to go back yesterday. I decided to Unilocal the top Wendy’s in the area and this one had the best reviews. (I didn’t want to take any chances and end up disappointed)
The real crappy thing with cravings is that they don’t easily go away. I had my tasty burger with frosty JUST yesterday and I want to go again today. Obviously, this may be a bit over kill considering it is not the best thing for you but damn, I just might give in.

This Wendy’s has the worst service i’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant.
The place is not very clean, so beware you might get sick
I ordered food that was cold I don’t recommend buying food from here…

I’ve never eaten inside, just ordered through the drive through.
I don’t know if it’s the location, but it’s always never any line, never too busy and never takes long to receive our orders. No matter what we order we get it promptly compared to any other Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
Recommend getting the grilled chicken– the honey mustard goes well with the chicken, lettuce and tomato. The chicken is a tad bit dry though. The crispy chicken is usually juicier.
