I found these folks when looking for a move-out cleaner on a classified listing website. I called up and described my home; the fellow quoted me a price of $ 180. That sounded about right, so I arranged to meet them a couple of days later at 9 AM.
They were 20 minutes late, but that’s absolutely the only critique of any kind I have.
I was gone most of the time, but of the 5.5 hours they spent cleaning, the man and woman who did the cleaning just worked flat-out hard. The results are incredible! The house looks much nicer than it did when I moved in — I wish these folks had done the previous move-out cleaning.
I’m really glad I went flat-rate, because an hourly firm would have easily gone over $ 250.
