John is great they make the best sandwiches here. I do love the fact that the Vietnamese coffee is made dripped so that it is fresh and authentic there are lunch specials here but you can catch from time to time. There are also fresh salads and items made to order.

Good customer service, decent food, and the restaurant interior is always clean. First Visit: I ordered a Tuscan Grilled Chicken Panini($ 7.25), and a bag of chips(1.25). The panini was filled with grilled chicken breast, melted provolone, sun-dried tomatoes and homemade pesto sauce. The woman who made my panini didn’t skimp on the ingredients, and she used sourdough bread, which tasted delicious. I recommend this panini. Second visit: I ordered a Club Burger($ 6.50), chips($ 1.25), and a small Iced Café Mocha Coffee($ 2.95). The burger was filled with tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, bacon, American cheese, and a «beef» patty on a brioche bun(not 100% sure on the type of bun). The burger took maybe 5 minutes to make at most, which makes sense when you look closely at the«beef» used in the burger(picture below). It looked like the burger patty was sitting in a heater all day, and it also looked like a frozen patty you get at Safeway. The ice coffee was also a letdown, and it was probably the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had. The employee made the coffee right in front of my face, and acted like he was in a hurry, yet, I was the only person in the café at the time. As you can see in the pictures I added below, he barely mixed the coffee; there’s plenty of dry mix and mocha syrup caked against the inner wall of the plastic cup… If I were to go back to Towers Café, it’d only be for the Tuscan Grilled Chicken Panini.

Passing by and came in for a quick bite. Surprised by their delicious meaty and beefy hotdogs!

Walked passed Towers Café and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it turned out to be a good decision! I got the chicken teriyaki over rice. It came with a portion of the teriyaki chicken sitting on top of some rice and steamed veggies. The chicken was cooked pretty well and I real enjoyed the sauce. My sister got the Tuscan chicken panini which was recommended by the lady. She said the pesto sauce was homemade, so why not?! I took a bite and was not disappointed. The pesto was delicious. Overall, nice people and good food. I will be back!

I always come here for lunch since it’s right in the middle of the buildings near San Pedro Square. I always pickup my Deli Club Triple Decker here. Heard the phở is amazing too. Might try it on my next visit. John and his staff are amazing. Stellar café, stellar food, stellar service.

Great for a quick lunch. The BLT uses a great mayo with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and the bacon is always crispy. The other sandwiches are also great. They vary their weekly lunch specials with items like Phở, Teriyaki Chicken and Rice, and Tri-Tip sandwiches. Also a good place to grab a quick cup of coffee, like Vietnamese Iced Coffee or something made from their Espresso machine. John, who works there, is always accommodating with any special requests.

Ppl working here have always been friendly and helpful; However, yesterday afternoon, there was a new cashier, a white caucasian man. It was my turn; he kept me waiting in line for a few minutes, continuing his conversation with another cashier as if he didn’t see me. Finally he motioned me to the counter, continuing his conversation, as if I was not there, After slowly checking out some 20 items, he finally greeted me … no, I did not like his behavior. I like when a cashier is professional, promptly greets customers, provides quick service, and most of all, makes customers feel they are important to him. I like this place and I will go back but next time I will ask to be served by another cashier, one that cares about customers.

Al’s Breakfast Sandwich is the best! I love their Phở too! It’s nice to have so many options right downstairs! :)

Breakfast burrito is crappy. They just microwaved the burrito and it only has meat and eggs and a chewy tortilla. I guess that’s why it’s only $ 3.75. However I can say their sandwiches at lunch are decent. My company orders them for meetings sometimes, one time they weren’t ready with our order in time though. They don’t have a website, so we had to do a round about way to get their menu. They are friendly though.

We ate here after a deposition and this place is pretty good. The turkey avocado sandwich on regular wheat was pretty good and the service is friendly.

Updating to four for the always great and friendly service! They are always happy to accommodate changes to the dishes/sandwiches and keep adding new items to their food offerings. I can always find here options for a more healthy lunch sandwich to grab if I don’t want to go outside for lunch.

My ruben looked and tasted just like a tuna melt, but it was fast, close by, and my tuna melt was pretty good!

This café is your average corporate lunch hot spot. My office eats here mostly because of it’s convenience. It’s close, fast, inexpensive, and filling. Service: The service is friendly and fast, most of the time. I recall one time it took nearly ten minutes to receive a bowl of diced watermelon. Food: They have a vast selection. It’s mostly American deli and café food with a dash of Asian(Teriyaki Chicken & Salmon, Spring Rolls, Pad Thai.) Most of their food is consistently good. It’s not 5 star, but it’s filling. I do not recommend the soups here though. Especially the Lobster Bisque. It sounds so good, but it’s not. Trust me. Just… don’t. Towers Café does the job when you’re hungry and need a quick, inexpensive lunch.

Consistent, clean, good quality. Everyday they have two different lunch specials. I’ve tried just about everything and have never had a bad or disappointing meal. I would recommend them.

Decent sandwich/café shop. It was fairly empty during lunch times, so that didn’t bode well for me. But, the food was a lot better than I thought it’d be, considering that it served a huge array of foods – from Po Boys to Chef Salads to Deli sandwiches. Oh! and today’s lunch special was spaghetti. So, the menu was a bit all over the place. But, the food is edible, the people working there were super friendly, and I got to watch an infomercial about hair plugs the entire time I was there. Score! Not really.

Small corporate café in the 111 N Market building in downtown SJ. Serving coffee/espresso, sandwiches, and other quick lunch items. Filled with local lawyers and law enforcement as it’s right in the heart of the court house district.
