I am an interior decorator and have worked with The Upholstery Workroom since 2005. They have done excellent work for me and my clients. Prices are reasonable, and turnaround time is usually about 2 weeks once they have received the fabric. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

They did some repair work on my dining room chairs, and completely botched the decorative nail heads. There are multiple places where nail heads are clearly missing, and within days of receiving the chairs back, nail heads just started randomly popping off — very scary with a toddler running around my dining room each day! This was over a year ago & i’ve contacted them multiple times about the issue & never got ANY response. If they would have just finished the job & fixed these issues, we would have been pleased, but the poor finish work combined with a complete lack of customer service is very disappointing, so I do not suggest using them.

five stars for quality of work. it looks great. 1 star for customer service. i had to call many days to get any status, never got a call from them. plus they kept saying«couple days» and that meant 2 weeks. also, price was never known until it was ready, although it wasnt a bad price. again, if you can ignore crappy service, the work itself is nice.
