I value fairness & non biased opinions greatly so I MUST update my review & congratulate tres reyes for listening to constructive criticism. My recent visits(plural, visits) have been nothing short of perfection! Food has never been a disappointment here but I have to recognise their service has greatly improved! I haven’t encountered the lady that I wrote about in my last review but the people that I have encountered are very efficient & friendly ! Quality food, quality service I love you tres reyes !

They use an authentic way to cook meat here and it smells really really good! The grill was amazing. The sauces were the correctly level of spicules as they should be(that orange sauce though mang), and the frescas were on point! The tacos are on corn tortilla and you can actually taste the corn in it. My boyfriend loves it here but I prefer la coasta because I like juiciness lol

This is one of my fave taco trucks in San Jose. They have the best tacos al pastor. I’ve tried the Asada but would choose al pastor tacos over Asada any day. It gets really packed and sometimes there are long lines but it’s totally worth it.

I had pastor and asada tacos. I must say the asada was very good but the pastor I’ve had better, Horchata was bomb! I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here for at least a year now and I thought I created a review but it got deleted for some reason. Moving on, I learned from them that they only served burritos in the morning. I normally come during night time so I missed out. Their carne asada and their al pastor tacos is what we normally get. We both get about 4 – 5 pieces each and spend no more than $ 20-$ 22. It’s better to come earlier at night so you can find parking or have someone drive with you while they wait in the car and you wait in line. It’s always the same guys who will be serving you but when I visited last time there was a new face. A lady had helped me so they must be busier than ever. If you want to take home extra salsa with you, ask the cashier for containers and let them know how many you want. They have the orange colored sauce or its their special sauce that contains mango salsa. It was too sweet for me but a lot of the other patrons loved it. They also have the usual avocado/chile salsa(my favorite) spicy but savory, regular hot salsa and the new addition the green chile salsa. You can also ask them for no onions if you don’t want it with your tacos but they include the sweet onions anyways separate. Do try it you might like it.

By far, the best taco place I’ve been to in San Jose. What keeps me from giving it five stars is the lack of parking, and lack of seating available. Their Pastor and their Asada, oh my god~ I can see why this place goes undiscovered, crowded with Mexican people, lucky for me, I can talk my way through, get my order and split. I’d recommend to the brave non-Mexicans to come here and get a little something something. The place is only there from 5 – 10 Thurs-Sunday. So keep that in mind and don’t ride the bus there in the middle of the day only to find NOTHING, like I did the first time. Highly recommended, don’t worry, they got english speaking cashiers(level: good enough to take your order). I’d recommend tacos over burritos. And give the quesadillas a try!

Our friends brought us here a few weeks ago and we LOVED it! The meat has great flavor and their salsas are so good. My favorites are the carne asada tacos and the chorizo tacos. If you are ever in the alum rock area, this place is a MUST try!

Drove past this place on a Saturday afternoon and saw the long line. Now I see why. This is one of the best taco trucks I have eaten at in San Jose. There was a line of customers there the whole time. Had asada, suadero, chorizo and al pastor. They were all really good. The grilled onions were sweet and the various salsas were good as well. Definitely coming back.
