I love this taco spot.
We like coming here first before the actual restaurant.
I always and only order their tripas.
Their tripas are crunchy.
The tortillas are handmade in front of you sometimes.
Can get very busy, but worth it.
Love their salsa bar and service.

Best tacos and quesadilla in San Jose! The orange spicy sauce is sooooooooo spicy good!
Been loving the al pastor tacos and quesadillas forever! Super super super good!!!
They are on Monterey/​Chenoweth/​Rodeo in the Shell gas station late nights, not sure if they are the same one on Alum Rock daytime too.

I have followed this truck around for a YEAR! I have finally found one of the more permanent locations: 5252 Monterey Rd. next to a Shell gas station. I first found them at the corner or Almaden & Blossom Hill Rd. but without warning they moved!!! We searched for the phone number provided on the truck but it seems to go to voice mail and leaves no forwarding location. If the business got a little more tech savvy I bet they would explode with business.
Having said that THESE ARE MY FAVORITE TACOS IN ALL OF SAN JOSE! The handmade & HOMEMADE tortilla tacos are simple and absolutely delicious: meat, grilled onions, cilantro and lime with a zesty jalapeño.Al Pastor comes with pineapple :) they then have 6 different salsas to explore. We have tried all the meat options (tripe, tongue, pork, asada, pollo) and have not been disappointed. All that love for $ 1.75 a piece (+ tax)
Burritos are always filling and the beans are made with love :) Bring cash and your appetite because you’ll want to go back for more.

Al pastor burrito ($ 6+tax)
Every time I drive by, I’ve always been curious about this taco truck on Almaden & Blossom Hill. It always seems to be busy most of the time! So it must be good! I keep telling myself I’ll definitely try it one of these days!
I finally decided to give this place a try today! Ordered the pastor burrito for $ 6! YUM!!! It tastes so much more fresh and less greasy than La Vic’s! Lots of condiments and sauces to add! :)
They’re open every day from 10:30am-10pm! :D
