Taco Bell

Sunday night 23 minutes and STILL waiting for my food. 5 or 6 employees in back. WTF is going on here. Seriously. Hungry as hell and no sense of urgency at all. This is ridiculous right now. Totally emailing TB on this one. Half hour wait now… still no food. Complete garbage

I absolutely love Taco Bell && I just got out of my meeting && wanted to grab a bite to eat && one of the cashiers STEVE was amazing && so organized with our order && such kind service && great timing he deserves a raise bc I have been to a million taco bells @& this has to be my favorite one now due to such wonderful service from Steve !! Keep up the tremendous work we are some happy customers !!!

Good service, not a lot of customers but the guys on the registers pretty good the bad thing is people that not eat there can use the bathroom not good because I have 2 kids and they like to go to the bathroom by themselves

I ordered a chicken burrito and received a beef burrito. Since I had already arrived home I ate the burrito I was given. 10 mins later I had terrible nausea and stomach pain. It persisted for a few days. Hard to sleep. Constantly felt full and pain in my gut. Finally went to doctor and was diagnosed with an ulcer. Most ulcers are caused by bacterial infections. THANKS TACO BELL! Or as I call them «ULCER BELL»! Never going back.

Okay this is for the customer service. They are amazing. They are always super nice and friendly and I love the tacotastic guy. I mean come on it’s A) fast food B) Taco Bell so people who rate it low for quality look where you are. That being said ya food tastes like Taco Bell but I almost always leave with a smile from how happy the people who work here are. If it makes my quick bite after a 12 hour work day better then two thumbs up. The only Taco Bell I go to.

So my girlfriend and I go to this Taco Bell very frequently and we kinda have difficult orders and our food is almost always great and exactly how we ordered it but every time we go we hope a specific person is working at the drive thru. That person would be Xavier, like Dr. X, he was gives us the best service I’ve probably ever gotten at a fast food restaurant, or most restaurants for that point, and doesn’t make us seem like we’re just another customer. We come late so it usually isn’t too busy, but it’s cool he takes the time to talk to us.

This is a great Taco Bell! Food is hot and tastes fresh. Just perfect. That’s how Taco Bell should taste. Thanks!

Close to my house… usually gets my order correct … fresh tasting food … good customer service. … wish I could go more… guilty pleasure. …lol

The staff here are horrible. Every time I go here they have to remake my order several times because they can’t seem to grasp the no meat thing. Today after remaking my food (I’m vegan so they have to sub beans for meat in my meal), they intentionally put meat in my meal. It was absolutely not a mistake because it was only in the very middle. The lady that reimbursed me even agreed that it wasn’t a mistake. The only way you could see it was to pull back the entire taco shell to check. What if I were allergic or did this for religious reasons? I am appalled by the actions of the staff. Never have I had any place be so rude to me because I’m vegan. Usually I’m super apologetic for having to sub beans for meat and asking for no cheese, but not this time. I really hope the manager reads this and talks to their staff. If they did something like this to me, how do you know they aren’t spitting in people’s food if they complain?

I’ve only been here once so far, got drive through and it was fine, nothing amazing but decent taco bell.

I am so thoroughly impressed with the service here! When I came in with my not-​quite-​two year old, the door was held for me. My order was brought to me, along with spoons for our meal. I noticed the same worker cleaning up, offering things to other guests, and in general just being amazing. I used to work in a restaurant and I was never so self-​motivated! I also noticed whoever was expediting (I think the manager) was so supportive and motivating to the kitchen staff. So great to see so much positivity in a taco bell!

Good food, just like any Taco Bell. Terrible service. My friends and I waited 20 minutes until we went to the counter and asked where our food was. The kitchen staff was in the back talking. They told us they «forgot» to make our food. I’m not sure if I will spend my money at this Taco Bell again. Only go to this Taco Bell after 5 o’clock because anytime before then, the service is terrible. The owner of the franchise has apologized to me for the poor service multiple times.

They are the best more professional Taco Bell ever!

I have gone to this Taco Bell for the past few years and never had any problem. I have found that during the past 3 Saturday’s the drive thru service has been awful. The employees have been very polite but very slow service. I ordered the #8 which is 3 Taco’s and a Pepsi. On my last time at Taco Bell is took 17 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru till I got my food and left. I’ll probably go back because I like Taco Bell but 17 minutes seems a little long. The McDonald’s down the street is like 2 – 4 minutes in the drive thru. Bottom Line I like Taco Bell but the drive thru is very slow…

Yikes. What has happened to this Bell.
Ok, so we came at 2:15pm an unusual time but past any «rush», yet they seemed very flustered in the store.
There was one cashier as normal in this location (I have eaten at this location a few dozen times). This experience takes the cake for all Taco Bells. A simple 3 item order was nearly 30min to serve. It was incredible. A staff person said they were short staffed and it was a beautiful day so I could imagine some workers «calling in sick»; however, the manager should have dealt with it somehow. I heard they had lines out the door at lunch. At any rate, I found the manager not respectful when using a coupon, other staff people seemed to be trying but I can imagine it would be hard to work there.
Someone, ring the bell, this store needs help!

The staff is really friendly and nice and the service is fast! The best drive thru in San Jose. The few times I have been there, my special orders have always been exactly as I ordered.

Drive thru and inside servers are the friendliest and fastest around. I always get the perfect foods. I could eat here every day.

Only writing a review for this place as it seems to be one of the RARE drive thru’s in my area, and I used to come here a lot when feeling the munchies at night since nothing around this area is open late night. It’s a bit confusing to get into this place as it’s a really tight spot, but you get your ultimate fast food cravings fulfilled with Pizza Hut or Taco Bell. Feel its a bit slower than other drive thru places, but satisfies my TB cravings!

So usually on Thursday’s I get a quick dinner as my girls are at Hula Practice. Decided to get Yo Quero Taco Bell. This place has been remodeled several years ago so it looks all fancy and stuff.
Place is clean when I was there. Looks cozy but small. So if you plan to sit and eat. Check for seating before deciding to stay otherwise get it to go. (btw there was these patrons that reeked of 420 that to be honest was the first thing I smelled when I walked in). Which brings me to my point of review.
There is a drive thru here and I can tell majority of their business is the drive thru. Why? With only 3 customers in line that ordered inside like myself (not counting 420 geek squad) we still were waiting to get recognized. The crew concentrated on drive thru than splitting both point of business. Guess they thought we needed more time to decide on what we gonna go order. We finally ordered.
20 minutes later I finally got my order. This staff needs to treat both sides equally. I only went inside cause I thought I’d beat drive thru as the car line was already about 7 car deep and getting longer. Might as well close the dining area and concentrate on drive thru.
Oh the food. It’s Taco Bell. It aint no Burrito Factory, La Vics, Chipotle or other Mexican establishments. It was prepared decent no mess or anything like that. But hey its Taco Bell. Oh and this Taco Bell serves breakfast.
