I’d heard about SSZ and decided to give it a try because their concept that you can have a high-intensity workout in 20 minutes, ONE time a week, AND you can wear your work clothes was just too intriguing not to check out! So I put it to the test. My workout was probably less than 20 minutes, I didn’t get sweaty at all, and ITWASNOJOKE! I was sore all over the next day(in a good way). If you think you don’t have time to add strength training to your life, you need to see Marie at SuperSlow Zone!

I have know been coming to Marie and SuperSlow Zone for over a year and I just realized that this is the first exercise program that I have ever stuck with longer than a few months. Along with reduced cellulite, better looking arms, and legs, I feel younger, because I am stronger all over. I have had several small injuries this year, that Marie was able to adjust my training around and actually help me heal faster. I recommend SloZone to everyone… especially those of us on the other side of 50.

I absolutely love the Super Slow Zone. After years of not working out in a gym, I was a little hesitant to get back into the gym environment. However, after meeting Marie, I started to reconsider. Working out at the SSZ is so completely different then any run of the mill meat market gyms. You work one on one with a trainer and the workouts only take about 20 minutes! The environment is calm and quiet, very peaceful place to work up a sweat! The workouts are actually very very intense even though you only workout about 20 minutes and use a few machines. I highly recommend the SSZ!

I have been going for almost 2 years and can’t say enough good things about Marie and Super Slow Zone. I’m 50, have 2 young kids, a 2 hour-a-day commute and an intense f/t job. Fitting a work-out in, particularly a weight training session(so important at this stage of life), was a challenge. Marie has made it easy. I look forward to our sessions and they are over before I know it! I am very impressed with the results(and isn’t that really what it’s all about?). Kudos!

I had lost 10 pounds by changing my eating habits and was doing a typical carido workout 3 days a week and seeing 0 results from a toning and weight loss perspective. I heard about SuperSlow from someone on my health Yahoo Group and read 2 books on how it works. From the information in the books I read, I knew it was going to be a super tough workout, but I figured I can suffer through it when it lasts less than 20 minutes. Marie is a great trainer, keeping my form perfect and continuing to challenge me so I make strength gains. In the first 2 weeks, I lost 5 more pounds. In the next 4 months, I lost another 8 pounds. Note: This is not a weight loss program. But, if you eat properly and do the workout, it is a great side benefit. My boyfriend chases me around because my rear looks better than it ever has(we’ve been together 14 years). I am trying to figure out how to continue wearing the clothes that are now falling off of me. I don’t want to go shopping until I stop getting smaller and am considering suspenders for my pants. Go see Marie and challenge yourself. You will never go back to working out your old way again. I certainly won’t.

Cannot be happier with this workout and the trainers here. I am astounded at the increase in my energy and strength(without bulking up over the last 3 months). LOVE this slow-cadence approach and the fact that it is only twice/week(I HATE exercise of any kind). You will find Marie and Julie really personable and encouraging with absolutely no pressure to buy more or do more or anything. AND, I really like that they are just normal-looking people – none of this superficial glamour or tanning or insane body-consciousness – nothing intimidating about them. The picture is inaccurate – the gym is much nicer than that. Downsides for me are that the location is tough for me and the cost is higher than I want, but I am so inspired that I am going to look for a second job to pay for it! Highly recommend it.

I returned to the gym after a long time and wanted to get back in shape, gain muscle tone and strength. I am extremely impressed with Marie and her one — on — one focus. She examines your status and goals and then comes up with a schedule. Her program was comprehensive and tailor made for me. The concept of super slow zone is based on «point of failure» and believe me that does work. The workouts are extremely intense and she pushes you to your personal limits and beyond while encouraging you in a positive way. At the same time, she makes sure that the exercise is executed in a perfect manner and will walk you through step– by — step. She has clients from age 24– 58 years old and I was surprised !! Those 20 – 30 minutes are very very intense(& painful) compared with what we do at regular fitness centers but tremendously benefit when you start seeing results. I would highly recommend Marie/Super slow zone to everyone who is looking for a great workout, results and well being. She is a great, friendly trainer and you would be pleased to see the results. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, regardless of the age and fitness level this is the place for you !!
