Sunshine Foot Spa

This was my first time here and it was amazing. I had Flora and she by far gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. The staff was really nice and the environment was really soothing. She was really knowledgable and experienced and did things other masseuses never did. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed and won’t ever look for another place to go.

ALICE did my massage she was wonderful great with her hands. She got me addicted to coming back and so I got the $ 40 body massage for 1 hr and later I asked for 1hr foot massage she was so great and awesome. MASSAGE WAS EXCELLENT, no complain on the massage just…
The bad part was ITS TRUE THEY DO ASK FOR MORE TIP. I thought my $ 10 tip was good and generous but I guess it wasn’t. I don’t know I read other reviews for other massage places they expect more tip and do demand for more from people also. I guess it was worth it to give her more but I didn’t like the fact that they asked me to.

Great service, reasonable prices, friendly employees. I am regular client for over a year. Love them!

My first time at a massage parlor!
I went with my boyfriend hoping to get a couple massage. The ladies there know limited English and misunderstood us. They do not have couple massages. We were placed in separate rooms. I had a pleasant experience as a rookie. Usually massages hurts me on massage chairs. But the masseuse made it work, although at some parts, the deep pressure was too much for me (note this is my first massage ever and my body might not be use to it). She reduced the pressure as needed when I told her. But a week has past and I still have mild pain. Be sure to tell your masseuse your pain level tolerance and how much pressure you desire. I regret not mentioning that beforehand!
Also please buy softer towels, the towels they use to wipe your body down feels really rough. like the ones they use to wipe down dirty tables…

I came here after work for a much needed foot massage but ended up getting a 1 hour body massage. I’m not really sure how it went but I guess I can assume it was amazing because I fell asleep from beginning to end and only woke up to flip sides. Alice was my therapist and she was awesome. When I woke up, I was so sure they were trying to rip me off because it literally felt like 10 minutes but it was definitely over 60 minutes according to my phone!
Will definitely be returning since I work in the area.

Terrible Standard foot massage. No back massage only front arms, legs, head and neck massaged. Kept rubbing and massaging places that didn’t need like my toes, top crown area and front of feet… other body areas that need more attention are usually wrist, ankles, ball of foot and the head massage was done incorrectly around the temples on my face (suppose to be circular rubbing away from face). Plays the same 1 Jim brickman song over and over. Doesn’t speak much English at all. Giving cash 20% tip is considered cheap and you will get an ungrateful sound out of them. They do it just out of the motion and not tuning into each clients targeted areas. Just mediocre not that great like people rave. Glad I didn’t pay for the whole body massage. Better to try other places

I came here on Wednesday after work. I have been stressed out from two jobs and been so uptight and stiff. I’m the type of person that tends to carry the weight on my shoulders.
On that miraculous Wednesday evening, Dr. flora came to my rescue! She’s not really a doctor, but she performed a miracle! I took the pain knowing I will feel better afterwards. The next day I was sore and a little tender; nothing a little Advil couldn’t fix. The second day after I was pain free! I tried to find my knots but they were gone!
I had my suspicions on utilizing pressure points but I also noticed an increase in my energy the last few days. May be a placebo effect but whatever it was, it worked.
I would highly recommend this to any stressed and tensed individual out there. Dr. Flora is amazing !!!

My friend and I have this monthly «tradition» — have lunch, get massages. Or have shopping, get massages. Whatever the case, we end each outing with a massage. We went to our original Asian massage spot to see that it was full and there were no massage therapists available until an hour out from the time we had gotten there. We called around to different places and found that Sunshine Foot Spa had availability. I misheard the lady on the phone and thought that a massage therapist for a foot massage was available, but a massage therapist was only available for the full body oil massage. This was the best mistake ever, because now I am fully aware of how good massages are there! In the past, I’ve had extremely bad experiences with full body massages — no bedside manner (my bare @$$ was completely exposed one time as the MALE massage therapist readjusted my cloth covering), hands smelling like cigarettes, sloppy, unfocused massaging just for the sake of getting the massage done and over with — needless to say, I thought I would never pay another $ 20 to get another full body massage again because they weren’t worth it. Sunshine Foot Spa completely changed my mind. my masseuse knew where all my tension spots were without me even having to tell her, and my knots literally melted away. I felt like I was in a state of nirvana, all kidding aside. The massage parlor, if you were wondering, was also very clean and QUIET, which is almost unheard of at Asian massage spots. If you are looking for an A++ Asian massage spa, Sunshine Foot Spa is the place to go. I’m counting down the days for our next little outing to come back here!

I’ve been here a few times and usually see Rosalyn. This last time upon arrival I was told that Rosalyn was no longer working there due to a health condition and she would not be back (I hope she’s okay! Get well Rosalyn!). I had a one-​hour massage with Flora instead. She was great!
Flora has two guarantees:
1) «I make better, one hour!»
2) «Hurt now, better tomorrow!»
She certainly lived up to that! I love strong massages and trigger-​point therapy. Flora was able to hone in on my trouble spots and and hit just the right trigger points to release the tension and melt it away. Yes, its painful… but you will feel brand new the next day. Flora was kind, hospitable, and it was easy to communicate with her.
Be prepared to pay up front for the cost of the massage and tip generously afterwards.

I just called half an hour in advance to make reservations for me and a friend.
the overall experience was great– definitely worth 40 $ for a full body massage.

I was suffering from severe upper back and neck pain for last three days but could not get time to go see a doctor or chiro due to time constraints…
Since I used to go to sunshine massage place, I thought of giving it a try before I see a doctor
I had an 1,5 hr session with Flora and OMG, after the session I felt great relief in my back and neck pain.
I am writing this review after 3 days since I needed to see if that massage really helped me and guess what I am perfectly fine and my back and neck are pain free :)

I have been coming here for over 6 months now, I am glad I found this place after trying out at least 15 other massage places even high end massages that did nothing for me, ALL my appointments are with Flora only, she is the owner and she specializes in Chinese natural medicine, she is also the owner. Every time I come here I leave feeling like a brand new person, I suffer of headaches and usually all my stress goes to my neck area which makes my headaches very painful, she has been able to alleviate many problems for me, back pain, lower back pain headaches releasing stress and more. Flora is very knowledgeable and knows all the pressure points to work on, it might be painful at times but trust me in a day or 2 the soreness goes away and you will feel amazing.
I highly recommend this place, it’s very quiet as well which is a plus, Flora walks on your back which it might sound painful but is AMAZING! I honestly can’t get enough of this place I wish I can go everyday for massages here lol, it’s a hidden place that’s for sure but I’m glad I found it.

Both me and my husband went for a massage and after the massage we were demanded to give 10 $ each. Which was not expected. The massage was good but the attitude was not great.

Went in with my husband. We were asked to pay at least $ 10 tip per person BEFORE they provide us message. We said we will pay more after the massage. They didn’t understand what we said, and they started complaining about the tips. We decided to leave without getting their massage.
So I don’t know if their massage is good. I think it’s not appropriate to ask for more tips before providing services.

So I have really mixed reviews here… I was going 2 – 3 times/​week as I cycle often and this massage helps me to recover quicker. I had Alice the first 2 – 3 times, she is fantastic. Next time I had Betty, absolute worst massage of my life… whole thing was one handed and she was basically lazy. Next time, I try Jenny, she was just too weak to do much and I left frustrated since I felt like she rubbed my skin instead of massaging my muscles.
I have decided to not return as it’s too hit/​miss and Flora the owner is a nice woman but she needs better people working there. You can’t survive with only 1 good massage therapist.

Massage was mediocre but the owner should change their name to sunshine BODY massage, cause when I came in for two FOOT massages she said there wasn’t any people who did foot massage that day, and only body massage. Wtf?! Fucking bullshit. Don’t the masseuses do both? Idk the difference cause at every other spa I see them doing both foot and body massage?
What a disappointment!
I even called to make an appointment asking for FOOT massages and when I get there I spend twice as much money.
This place isn’t that clean and it’s ghetto as fuck.
Never coming back again

Never have I ever been demanded to tip a specific amount until I went to this place.
After I was done with the massage, I went over to the receptionist to pay. A 60 minute massage costs $ 40 so I thought $ 8 would be a fair amount for tip. Apparently this is an unacceptable amount for her because she said
«$ 10 minimum tip»
How GREEDY and TACKY do you have to be to demand a specific amount to tip from your customers? This is unacceptable and I will never come to this place for a second massage.
The massage itself was ok, it was the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist (who I’m guessing is also the owner) that left such a negative impression.

I had a message done by Flora. She is awesome a bit strong but she is worth every penny. She talks to you and makes sure that you are relaxing and enjoying your message.

So just got done with a foot massage. Uhm no thanks, I had better. Foot massage area was small, I was in the corner, so the guy that massage me was breathing over me!
Warning! Foot massage, they don’t turn you over and do your back! Strictly foot massage. Unlike other places.
During my massage, I felt like the guy thought I might be asleep so he barely massaged me. wtf!
Foot reflexology area only had three chairs very close to each other near the front door.
It’s all bad. Bad experiences. Won’t be coming back.
I also felt bad for the couple who had an appt, a couple had an appt that came in for foot massage, front lady had to split the couple up because they filled up 2 of the foot reflexology chair to walk ins. So only had one chair left for the appt. one had to do a full body massage! That’s bs!
I thought I would try this place out bc of all of the great reviews. I felt like I just got played! Never again

One of the BEST massage I ever had. My first time here and initially just trying to get a quick 30 min body massage but turned out to be the highlight of my dad/​week. Both me and my buddies have enjoyed our massages and couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards.
Takeaway: cash only, call ahead before going, masseuse were professionally trained, prepare to fall asleep and wake up rejuvenated.
