Probably the best Subway I’ve ever been to. The service is always polite and efficient. I usually go during my lunch break and even with a line out the door it never takes more than 10 minutes. Another huge thing is that it’s always very clean. Not a ton of seating inside but if you want a nice place to sit outdoors this is it.

Standard subway food? Extremely unpleasant staff, i.e. very bad service.

Convenient subway in River mark. No issues with ingredients, everything tastes fresh. I liked that they are very clean conscious. I appreciated that the lady making my sub switched to new gloves before making my veggie sub as I am allergic to meat and can’t tolerate any cross-contamination. Sone of the other subway places in bay area I have to explicitly ask them to do it.

Subways are decent. The staff here isn’t friendly though. Dont even bother smiling.

So I don’t think I have to write about the food here. Menus are pretty much the same at every Subway. Employees here is not very friendly, NOTATALL! They look very unhappy so their vibe makes you uneasy. Never ask how you are doing either. They will ask what you want and if you don’t know what you want, they look at you like you are stupid and that makes me feel very bad every time. Sometimes I am so intimated by them that I just chose the same sandwich to just avoid the awkwardness. One thing that really pisses me off is when I ask for extra onions, they always give me a hard time. IT’S ONIONS! How much can onions possibly cost, especially if I don’t want much of anything else on my sandwich? You think the owner would be nicer and greet you better but it’s all the same there. After coming here for so long, I am used to it. The only reason why I keep having to come here is because it’s right around the corner from where I am staying. Makes no sense to me to drive a few miles down for the same food but better service. I just suck it up. 2 Stars because I like the sandwiches.

This place skimps on the meat and veggies, especially for a Subway. Cashier/manager wouldn’t honor an official Subway coupon on my smartphone either. Other than that, it’s the usual Subway sandwich. An average salad with a side of meat over bread. A 2 star place that gets 1 star off(2 if I could) for clearly cheaping out on its customers.

This place is super close to our house, I think it may get bad reviews for people writing during the lunch hour. But I wanted to chime in, I have been here a couple of times, the sandwiches are good, the service was fine, nothing amazing but nothing awful. I have felt as though there have been some language barriers on some occasions, but I repeat my order and we confirm, and all has been well. I found that when I called our order in, it was ready within minutes and everything was correct. A-OK here!

This is one of the worst Subways that I have been to. The girls are so rude, and are very Stingy while putting toppings on the sandwich. They charge for Avacado and still don’t put enough of it. Extremely bad service. The one reason I was going here is Coz I can walk here from my office. This is the case with most people I know. No one would visit it if it’s not for the location. I feel like I rather spend a $ extra and get food from other restaurants around. Hate your store and service!

The only reason I give this 3 stars is because it is so conveniently close to my apartment. I can walk. The service though is pretty minimal. The employees really won’t talk to you, which is fine… What really makes me upset is how chincy and cheap this subway it. 3 times now when I get a veggie topping on my foot long they spread 4 pieces of veggies over it and look at me and say«what else?» Last time it was olives. They literally put 5 slices of olives on my foot long… I asked for a bit more and I am not kidding she grabbed ONE more slice of olive and threw it on there. Cool… 6 tiny sliced olives… I just don’t get it.

So everyone knows what subway is. Sure you might get skimped on one olive. This review is more for the lunch rush and how well they perform when the hordes appear. This location has the proper number of employees to push out sandwiches fast. Each employee is trained to do two tasks only. 1. Bread and cheese 2. Toasted and lettuce 3. Veggies and veggies. 4. Sauces and packaging. 5. Cashier and cups. All the while they talk to each other so you usually don’t have to repeat yourself. Truly a modern marvel in Silicon Valley that even Jared would be proud of.

I was there getting lunch while an employee«Susana» was yelling at a customer for parking in front of subway. I thought that was the most rude thing to do to a customer. Bad bad, the worse, customer service. I walked out and the customers truck was parked in a legit spot.

The worst subway ever. They refused to put veggies on meatball sandwich. Can subway corp take the franchise away and sell it to people who know what they are doing? Susanna was the person who refused the veggies– lady, get a reality check.

I can walk to this Subway from my house, a dream come true for me. But I will still drive/walk to a farther Subway. Don’t go here. The owner and the usual two ladies that work here have no personality and don’t seem to understand the phrase«more olives please». I’ve tried multiple times. But the idea here is to be as cheap as possible. You can’t even get napkins without having to wait for someone behind the counter to get them for you. And even then they will only give you one at a time. So enjoy if your desperate, but this subway isn’t worth it, and it’s not that hard to run a sub shop.

Typically the women working here are rude, no hello thank you goodbye etc. same with the owners. Also very cheap on the toppings. I have to ask for more just to get the appropriate topping amount. Not coming back here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There’s several valid reasons here as much as I will try and keep this short: 1) the two girls that work there have 0 personality and aren’t friendly as they have their side conversations while serving you 2) they are extremely cheap when it comes to even portioning your sandwich properly. For example a foot long tuna should get 4 solid scoops of tuna– they graze the tuna out and leave you with barely any meat on your sandwich 3) even when trying to politely address the issues(even with the condiments) they look at you like you don’t know what your talking about. …I have given this place around 7 chances, thinking it’s an off day and people are just people. Bottom line– the proprietor is probably a cheap son of a b*tch and threatens their paycheck if they are missing an extra tomato by COB(being dramatic but you get my point) ***i will drive out of my way not to come here again**

It’s Subway… I used to work at one right out of high school. If you expect Ike’s quality you will be sorely disappointed, if you have proper expectations and appreciate the price vs. quality balance, then you will be satisfied. This one is nice due to the abundant outdoor seating options, in a really beautiful area.

Speed is not always perfection. I came here on my lunch break and asked for a sandwich with no lettuce. They immediately put spinach and did not ask if that was ok. In my mind, spinach and lettuce are fairly similar, so they should have asked. I was extremely disappointed and would have rather waited an extra 20 seconds for them to have gotten it right.

I’m not a huge fan. I went at 1230 so it was PACKED. The line was out the door and it was super crowded inside. Yes, the employees were quick but the customer service sucked. I was no where near the front of the line to see the menu and I was being screamed at asking me what I wanted. I don’t go to Subway a lot so I needed a minute to read the menu. Not allowed here! On top of that when I finally made a super fast decision, 3 different employees asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. They couldnt hear me say«thats my sandwich.» so they just skipped over me! I asked for it toasted but I guess they didn’t hear that either since I didn’t get that. Oh an lastly, I asked for olives and probably got a total of 4 pieces. That to me, is not a «topping» served in full. I’ll choose another place for lunch next time !

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and co workers actually warned me about the horrible customer service here but I thought, how bad could 5 minutes be getting a quick sandwich? Definitely left extremely upset and annoyed. The lady first doesn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted so it was just sitting there and by the time I asked to heat it up, two people already passed me up. Next, the veggie lady starts filling my sandwich with my choice of veggies. I then say I wanted chipotle sauce, oil, and vinegar. Apparently she didn’t hear me say ‘oil’ so she closed my sandwich. I then told her I wanted oil. This lady gives me the dirtiest look mankind can think of as if I was making her life soooo hard! What’s the big deal even if I didn’t say it?!? Not my fault she didnt hear me say it, then shakes her head giving me a nasty look! My boyfriend, myself, and most of my coworkers are boycotting this place. Never again at this location, ill make the extra drive to Quiznos at the river mark where I can be treated with respect. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the customer service here because of the repeated bad Unilocal reviews about their store. If he was smarter, he’d teach good customer service so people like myself and others would come back and they would be making more money. I hope this place goes out of business soon so these people could learn to appreciate their customers.
