I work close to here and have given this subway plenty of chances. The first time I went I asked for extra olives like I always do. She said its going to be extra. I told her I have eaten at subways from here to L. A to colorado for years and have never been charged for olives. She said I only get 8 for a foot long. Does that make sense to anyone? Then she argued with me and got very rude. I left. I went there again to give it another try and a customer walked in just before me. The worker started his order from start to finish all the way till he paid and left. Then he started me then while hes putting the meat on my sandwhich another customer comes in. He puts my meat on slides it over to the vegetables, and starts her order. I thought«what the heck he just made me wait the whole time for the customer in front of me now he stops mid sandwhich for me». I was like okay no big deal whatever. Then he gets back to me I ask for mustard and mayo he put more mustard to the point of me having to ask him to get some off. He got a knife and wiped it on the wrapper my sandwhich was going to be wrapped in. Thus making it point less of getting it off if its just gonna be smeared back into the sandwhich when he wraps it. I thought again okay no big deal Ill wipe it off later. So he finally finishes my sandwhich and im like okay good i can pay and get outta here. He moves my sandwhich to the register then goes back to the other customer and askes her what toppings. At that point I thought really you made me wait all 5 – 10 minutes to finish the customer ahead of me all the way. Then on me you go back to the other customer twice making me wait even more while both the customer in front of me and behind me wait half as long, not to mention the globs of mustard. This is just two experiences I am never going back and since this is a franchise I suggest going down the street the extra 5 minute drive will be worth it. As you will probably wait longer here, have a sloppy made sandwhich with unproportioned toppings. Dont waste you time here.

Omg. Okay, okay, okay… I came here with my daughter on a Wednesday night between 9:00pm-9:30pm. Ate here after shopping at west gate, and there were 2 employees working. One was at the counter and the other was mopping the floor when we walked in. Giving this place only 2 stars because: 1st of all THEYDON’T HAVE A FREAKINGRESTROOM… Seriously??? What subway«restaurant» that doesn’t have a restroom??? So the guy told me «Oh, closest restroom is at mall.» Again, seriously??? You’re gonna make me walk all the way to the mall just to use the restroom? And it’s already pass 9pm so obviously the mall is close already… 2nd, the lady that served me looked like she wants to go home already with the«I don’t want to serve you» face expression. So I ordered the turkey bacon avocado footlong(which is the most expensive sandwich they have $ 8.50) so I could share with my daughter, and I just wondered how much is extra avocado. The lady was like«Uh, you already have avocado», oh my gosh yeah I know that and I want to know how much is EXTRA avocado… 3rd, the employee seems to have a problem of wrapping the sandwich separately. I asked nicely okay if its possible to wrap the sandwich separately. And she sighed heavily and raised one of her eyebrows. Omg, if you don’t want to wrap it separately just say so and not give me an attitude… Its not a big deal to me if u wrap it as a whole… Gosh… I would not recommend this subway restaurant. And believe me I love Subway, I love their sandwiches and because of the employees and the designs of this place I’m only giving this restaurant 2 stars… Sorry Subway, but you guys should train your employees properly. And this goes out to the owner of this place, please have a restroom for customers, for gods sake its not like this place is mom and pop shop, this is a branch restaurant and I’m pretty sure you can afford to add a restroom. This place is a restaurant not a store.

Might be the worst Subway I have ever seen. They don’t allow most modifications, even if you expect to pay more. The lady working was one of the owners, and she was awful. I will never go back to this location, and I would advise everyone to do the same.

Discovered this Subway location recently while out at the Westgate Saratoga Mall. The local itself is pretty small, but pretty much offers anything else you’d find at a usual subway. It’s clean, and has some friendly sandwich makers. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of Subway sandwiches… but they’re healthy and you can tell after eating them. So if you’re on the go and want a quick healthy sandwich the place is probably right for you. This place is actually right next to Willow Street Pizza, can’t miss it.
