I usually come here just because it’s cheap and close to my job. The wait time is also usually pretty short in comparison to other food places around. I don’t care much for subway because it can be a hit or miss with the freshness of the veggies. I don’t automatically say«everything» because I want to peep the freshness of the veggies before they put them on my sandwich. Also, I suggest you really watch them make your sandwich because the employees tend not to listen. the other day I had to ask an employee three times for pickles and today I had to tell the employee twice not to put lettuce on my sandwich as she was putting it on there. If you’re looking for a really quick and cheap bite to eat this is the place but if you’re really looking for a quality meal go somewhere else.

I have to say. Today the staff endured and professionally handled a racist middle eastern mother. It was apparent that several of the customers were disgusted with her racist remarks towards the staff. And the staff handled themselves with calmness and grace. For these staff to endure the racist remarks made by this customer is impressive to say the least. As she left they continued to exercise professionalism with the rest of the customers while we were pretty upset about the whole situation. I felt pretty bad for her daughter to have a racist mother. If i were staff, i cant imagine how i would have reacted if some ignorant person were to make rude remarks about my ethnicity.

i used to come here on my lunch but today was the last time I step foot into his place. I had a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free. & the lady said that its for a different county. well why would I receive it at my house which I live in sj. she said she had to ask her manager to see if they can honor it but of course the manager said no. I told the lady I only wanted one sandwich & left. as I was walking away I see a buy 1 get 1 free coupon at the bottom of my receipt. what the hell is the difference? cheap ass owner. & the employees are rude. i guess if they know your mexican & don’t speak Spanish to them they take it personal. so annoying. no wonder they only have 1 star.

OMG this is the worst Subway EVER! Their customer service is HORRIBLE, and today I might have had the grossest experience of my life. I got my food, and drink.(Iced tea) Get in the car take a sip of my drink and feel something, I spit it out, and there are huge chunks of mildew!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO gross. I was on my lunch hour, so I didn’t have time to go back. I will NEVER go there again.

We have been loyal visitors to this Subway, coming as a family every weekend and sometimes more. We have ignored the increasing stinginess and rudeness of the managers since the non-management(namely Claudia) is nice and the food is healthy. As of today, we are never returning. Sat morning manager(Irene?) told me I need to learn«how coupons work» after I debated why I should be able to make my sub a combo(a regular menu item) even though I had used a coupon on the sub. Sad to see customer service disappearing from our world…

Worst Subway i’ve ever been to. Very stingy, to a point of rediculous-ness. I witnessed a woman denied more than 5 sliced black olive rings on her footlong sandwich. Completely senseless. And she was told if she wanted anymore, she would be charged extra. LMAO. Shoutout to the owner for a horrid establishment. If you speak Spanish, you get treated a LITTLE better.

I’m not usually a fan of Subway. I just go whenever it’s convenient(this particular location is close to my home, and in a place where I shop frequently). The service has never been all-that, but this occasion really took the take as the worst-yet. I can’t stay silent about it. But today, I actually wanted to go, specifically to try a new product. The first thing I do, with the two members of my party, was ask if they still have the desired menu item available. After getting the affirmative, we began to order. Once we check out, our clerk begins to ring up the order as a regular meal and not the meal deal we were hoping to get. I told her this, and she explained to me the difference between the two products. I told her I understood, but asked if she could make some accommodations(I was even willing to pay extra, just so I could get the combo deal). She would not compromise with me at all– she rejected all of my suggestions, and would not give any suggestions to find a happy medium. Worse yet, she even rolled her eyes at me at one point. I ended up buying the sandwiches. So not only did I not get what I wanted, but I paid for something that I didn’t want. Unless the service/servers changes at this location, I would advise skipping this place, because I don’t want any customer to be served by anyone who will roll their eyes at them like they had done with me.

Two years ago I was the first to review this horrible excuse of a franchise and today I returned to my review to update it and it brought a smile to my face to see all my fellow Unilocalers who have joined my side in trashing this Subway. I mean, can you name the worst Burger King in your area? Or the worst Wendy’s? Probably not, because the funny thing about a franchise is that you are supposed to get the same food and service no matter where in the country you go. Recently I was returning something at Target and I was completely starving. I was in the mood for a sandwich and this Subway was so damn convenient… I thought to myself«maybe they have improved after the last few years». In the words of Charlie Murphy, «WRONG». First off I would give this a negative stars if possible. I arrived this morning at 730am, the location was supposed to open at 7am. No one was there and it wasn’t open, so I decided to wait 15 min just in case they were running late. After wasting 15 min I went onto the subway website and entered a feedback of my visit. About 3 hours later I received a call from the owner. He explained to me that the employee that was supposed to show up had a death in the family. I expressed empathy and asked why he did not come into cover or have another employee, he then proceeded with another excuse. He then asked me if i was a regular, I explained to him I work close and come in from time to time. I told him I work retail close by, he started to insult me, probably because I sent feedback to corporate. He told me there is another subway close and I should go there. He obviously did not care about my business nor during this process did he apologize once. I will never go to this subway again and now question Subway as a whole if they allow owners like this to represent them.

I have to agree with the other reviews. This is the worst subway. Customer service is awful. They asked me what kind of bread I wanted. I asked for wheat bread and they gave me white. I said I wanted wheat and they looked at me and rolled their eyes. I will say that at times I don’t speak clearly enough. So that could be my fault. So let’s talk about the sandwich making then. They smash the bread flat before they start. Why bother spending time baking the bread if you don’t want it leavened? I would ask for a flat bread instead. I told them I did not want the bread flatten like they did the first time, but they did it anyway. I told them I was ordering two sandwiches so before they even started putting the fixing on the first sandwich the cashier lady rang me up and started asking for money. Hold on one second. I will pay the sandwich once I tell the person helping me what I want on it, and they have not even started on the second sandwich. The lady kept on saying the charge! So I never got to say what I wanted on my sandwich which was no cucumbers. That was the only thing I did not want. So if you do not wish to have a flatten bread sandwich, without any fixings I would highly suggest to look at another Subway. I have never had such a skimpy sandwich ever before from Subway.

Unfortunate there isn’t a «zero» star rating. I stopped by here yesterday for 2 sandwiches, and it took 4 tries to tell the young female behind the counter that I wanted 2 subway sandwiches roast beef and an Italian. She made the roast beef sandwich(after several explanations) and then began to ring us up. I asked where the Italian sub was and she began arguing with me that I asked for Italian bread on the roast beef sandwich and that I didn’t make myself clear. I could barely understand her English. She said«you have never been to Subway before, huh? The«new trainee» just stood there like a zombie looking at us. It was a surreal experience’s. We will NOT be back. Yikes!

This subway is the worst!!! They have the worst customer service here. You are guaranteed to be in line for at least 5 min. Before they evening knowledge that you’re in the room. I unfortunately have had to come to this Subway for years now, because of how close it is my house, but it definitely is not convenient, when you have to deal with rude employees one right after another everything time they hire someone new they’re, thary are much more rude than the person before them. Obviously the owner just dose not care about customer service. Now I’m driving down the street to the subway off of Campbell Ave. it’s worth it to me just have better customer service and be in and out faster.

Probably the worst Subway I have been to as of late. Went there for a $ 5 footlong for dinner and after I ate it, I actually wished I had spent more money elsewhere for something better. Service was not really that friendly at all, food was even worse. Probably the bottom 3 Subway sandwiches I’ve ever had.

I go to Subway every day for lunch and I decided to stop by this one because it was on my way to work. This is the WORSTSUBWAY i have ever been too. I will NEVER go to this subway again. They do not understand anything you request and are VERYRUDE. I am sitting here at my desk with a sandwich which was made VERY sloppy and I plan on telling EVERYONE I know to AVOID this subway and never go there.
